I was on vacation in New Braunfels for the week and found American Fitness was close by. I was able to drop in daily & get my workout done first thing. They have all of the equipment & free weights you could ask for and made it easy to stay on track while I was in town.

Best gym in town! They have everything you need, from cardio & cable machines, to free weight stations. It's perfect for both beginner & advanced lifters. The staff has been friendly for years as well.

American Fitness! Home of the best booties in central Texas. Caring, compassionate owner and staff. They are always willing to jump in and help. Truly like a family. (The kind you like). Members are awesome. Friendly and fun. This gym is constantly updating equipment. Beats the heck out if those other two corporate owned gyms in town. Oh, and their staff photographer is a rock star.

Been going to American Fitness for close to six years. I had tried other fitness locations in town but the bigger attraction was the variety of free weight and nautilus equipment, the incredibly warm staff, a very personable owner who is on the premises quite often and of course, the hot sauna! I've yet to even "hear" of any other location within this town that has a dry sauna. People want dry saunas. "I LIKE" dry saunas! What's wrong with liking dry saunas?! To top it all off, its open 24/7 most days. And, the small monthly fee is very reasonable. Plenty parking.
