Famous Footwear is a go to shoe store for all the most popular, trendy and sporty styles. They carry men's, women's and kids shoes, the selection of styles and brands is enormous. The prices are right in tune with the the area the sales are awesome. The store is clean and organized very well. You can easily find what you need yourself which is good since I had no interaction with the employees who were in their own world and seemed to ignore the fact customers enter the store. My overall impression was good. That may have changed if I needed help finding something but we found what we came in for and left happy. ~Fact

I went in to get a recipt because the gas pump didn't get one and said see cashier. CSR Robert was very rude. I asked for a receipt and he told me to get in line. There was 11 people in line. I told him I just need a receipt. He replied to get in line because I'm purchasing something. I told him no I just paided for gas and need just need a receipt. Again he told me to get in line the preceeded to tell the customer he was with sorry about that had to deal with a rude person. I was not rude at all. He finally give me the receipt. I told him maybe you should make sure the pumps print out receipts and he laughed at me. I will not be going there again. ~Jacqueline

Very slow service. It took us 20 minutes to get a waitress, and they weren’t even that busy. It wasn’t like the waitress came to wait on us, we had to ask another waitress to see who was going to be waiting on us. Finally put in a drink order and we waited another 15 minutes for the drinks to come out. We put our order at the same time as our drinks, as the person that brought chips and salsa to our table provided us menus. After waiting over an hour, still waiting on food. Need to do better on your service. No light in the restroom. Not impressed. ~Rolando

This was one of our best experiences, the crew was short staffed, 1 waitstaff, the hostess, bartender, cook and manager. (Larry, Patrick, Trent and Destiny), even though we had to wait a while, it was worth it! They were so gracious, attentive to our needs and professional, we got there about 9:30 p.m. after our grandsons football game and we were huunnggrryy! To say that they did everything they could to make us feel good about our decision to eat there and apologize for waiting is an understatement, will definitely go back again and again! AND THE FOOD WAS 😋!!! Sorry only got a couple of pics, we started eating right away!!! ~Ruth

We went to this location for the 2nd time and I was very disappointed. First if all: 1. Ceiling tiles are so old and moldy they seriously need to update this location. 2. We had already waited a while and we were starving, so we bit the bullet and ate here. 3. Our server was amazing, which made everything else seem irrelevant. 4. As you can see by the picture, my son has special needs so he orders the same salad every time and he usually eats every last piece. Not this time! He ate all the toppings and chicken but left the entire salad. It looked so old he wouldn’t eat it. For him this is rare because he eats everything. 5. While waiting for our meals there was one waitress that was serving a coke to her table and dropped coke on the floor. She never bothered to clean it up and another waitress slipped on it but literally held on to the wall to keep herself from falling. One of her tables a customer told her she needed to clean up the spilled coke. 6. The same waitress while waiting for food to be taken out to her table, began throwing some type of food into someone’s mouth like a game. She also had a mouth full of food while she cleaned up the spilled coke. 7. Overall, I don’t think we’ll be back until things change at this location. ~Maria

Last straw, I missed my appointment by 30 minutes calling to inform I had a flat tire, despite coming in the same day and receiving lashes done they charged me $50.00 cancellation fee!! On top of my membership $119.00. FYI- Membership is pulled out monthly from your bank at set date regardless if you see them that day or not, so be certain to get your appointments set to receive your full set and refill. FYI- Membership DOESN’T include application from a master stylist! Master stylist cost additional per visit. I had been seen by several non-masters disappointed equally each time so I paid fees to periodically see a master. I was unaware of cancellation process until reading reviews and I have now cancelled my membership which must be done in their facility filling out a paper. 🛑 Two days after this visit I lost much lashes and thankfully they agreed to let me go in at no charge to replace. I will attach photos at the bottom. First photo is Two days after original application, Second photo is the replacement. This is what $119.00 classic set looks like. Not certain why I can’t reply to owners comment so I’ll place this here.⬇️ -Your employees speak freely of being payed hourly and locked into a contract so they can’t practice else where so if commission is the argument I understand on their end, on the clients end it should matter as well. I had a flat tire, and still went in. I called 30 minutes after set appointment and still have the time stamp on my caller ID would you like me to post it? If this was a on going thing I understand your businesses stance, but this wasn’t the case. I pay good money monthly that is pulled out automatically from my bank for a service, I wasn’t playing hooky. Also, no. I was never informed how to cancel membership. You would keep your clients happier and longer if your more transparent with your business so I/we don’t feel robbed. *May I suggest you add the Cancellation procedure and Policy on your website, along with pricing and what is all included as it is not on there. It would make things so much easier for your clients. ~Mandy

Since the store has been opened. I have been here three times. What sets this store apart from the rest is that they carry some items like the Five Below store next door. A different spin to Dollar Tree. I like it. What I did not like on this particular visit on Saturday the 17th. While shopping a loud announcement blaring over the speaker said that one line is to be formed and that they would call the next customer to whatever register would become available. Well as far as I could tell you had two registers open and people could go to whichever line they wanted to wait in. Not have some rude employee ( Charlotte) take it upon herself to tell the customers otherwise. Perhaps your delivery should have been more polite and a softer approach to your so called problem would have been better received. I would suggest you think about getting a different job if you can not handle retail. Nothing surprises me anymore that employees could do whatever they feel like doing. Keep in mind I would not consider this broadcast (blaring) to be professional. Perhaps she had a bad week, day, minute, hour etc. That does not give her the right to be rude and obnoxious. However, my cashier (Janet) was polite and nice. That is why I am giving this shopping experience a two. ~Motivate
