Last straw, I missed my appointment by 30 minutes calling to inform I had a flat tire, despite coming in the same day and receiving lashes done they charged me $50.00 cancellation fee!! On top of my membership $119.00.
FYI- Membership is pulled out monthly from your bank at set date regardless if you see them that day or not, so be certain to get your appointments set to receive your full set and refill.
FYI- Membership DOESN’T include application from a master stylist! Master stylist cost additional per visit. I had been seen by several non-masters disappointed equally each time so I paid fees to periodically see a master.
I was unaware of cancellation process until reading reviews and I have now cancelled my membership which must be done in their facility filling out a paper.
🛑 Two days after this visit I lost much lashes and thankfully they agreed to let me go in at no charge to replace. I will attach photos at the bottom. First photo is Two days after original application, Second photo is the replacement. This is what $119.00 classic set looks like.

-Your employees speak freely of being payed hourly and locked into a contract so they can’t practice else where so if commission is the argument I understand on their end, on the clients end it should matter as well. I had a flat tire, and still went in. I called 30 minutes after set appointment and still have the time stamp on my caller ID would you like me to post it? If this was a on going thing I understand your businesses stance, but this wasn’t the case. I pay good money monthly that is pulled out automatically from my bank for a service, I wasn’t playing hooky.
Also, no. I was never informed how to cancel membership.
You would keep your clients happier and longer if your more transparent with your business so I/we don’t feel robbed.
*May I suggest you add the Cancellation procedure and Policy on your website, along with pricing and what is all included as it is not on there. It would make things so much easier for your clients. ~Mandy
