Horrible experience. An absolute waste of my time and $129. Requested a natural look from one of their “master stylists” and outcome was anything but natural. They literally extended to my eyebrows. Waited an hour to have them removed and then was told to reinstall the “recommended” smaller size since my eyebrows are low, it would be another $129. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Will never go back there.

I have had a couple appointments here and have overall had a positive experience. The week of my wedding I had a full set of extensions placed and they were falling out the next day. Long story short, I had to go elsewhere to have everything done. I called and asked for a refund given I paid full price and had to spend more money to get them redone. The front desk lady, who I believe goes by Lexi, was AMAZING! She followed up with me everyday for 3 days and helped me find a resolution to my issue. Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever had. I only take away 1 star because of the lash issue, but Lexi gets 6/5 stars. Overall happy ending to the whole situation!! Just moved to the New Braunfels area at few weeks ago from DFW. I was looking for a lash artist/studio after leaving a REALLY GREAT one…So I was apprehensive already having to look. I happened to stop in around 830AM, before going to the gym (it’s in the same shopping complex) to check the place out and just ask a couple of quick questions…I understand that I walked in and it may be busy… BUT as soon as I stepped in, the front desk staff was rude and looked at me as if I interrupted her making calls. I greeted HER, she didn’t move a muscle, continued to talking on the phone. So I sat down to wait a few minutes- then she finally acknowledges me and says with a deep sigh and clearly attitude on all over her face “is there something you need??” I told her I just needed to ask a few questions and that I didn’t have an appt, she replies “well, you’re going to have to wait..” and goes back to MAKING CALLS. I waited another 10 minutes and finally just walked out and left to the gym…. I was not impressed nor treated well the minute I walked in the door. I tried to give it a chance KNOWING I am clearly just a walk in. I was patience and very friendly. But sadly the staff isn’t. This confirmed why I have never gone back to a large corporate studio and have stayed small business. I’m sure the lash artist are great here and definitely no offense to them-but would never get to know after the interaction with the first person I spoke with. Why would I want to come back??? If she doesn’t respect people coming in, can’t imagine waiting any more time trying to get an appt or even want to deal with her again.

Last straw, I missed my appointment by 30 minutes calling to inform I had a flat tire, despite coming in the same day and receiving lashes done they charged me $50.00 cancellation fee!! On top of my membership $119.00. FYI- Membership is pulled out monthly from your bank at set date regardless if you see them that day or not, so be certain to get your appointments set to receive your full set and refill. FYI- Membership DOESN’T include application from a master stylist! Master stylist cost additional per visit. I had been seen by several non-masters disappointed equally each time so I paid fees to periodically see a master. I was unaware of cancellation process until reading reviews and I have now cancelled my membership which must be done in their facility filling out a paper. 🛑 Two days after this visit I lost much lashes and thankfully they agreed to let me go in at no charge to replace. I will attach photos at the bottom. First photo is Two days after original application, Second photo is the replacement. This is what $119.00 classic set looks like. Not certain why I can’t reply to owners comment so I’ll place this here.⬇️ -Your employees speak freely of being payed hourly and locked into a contract so they can’t practice else where so if commission is the argument I understand on their end, on the clients end it should matter as well. I had a flat tire, and still went in. I called 30 minutes after set appointment and still have the time stamp on my caller ID would you like me to post it? If this was a on going thing I understand your businesses stance, but this wasn’t the case. I pay good money monthly that is pulled out automatically from my bank for a service, I wasn’t playing hooky. Also, no. I was never informed how to cancel membership. You would keep your clients happier and longer if your more transparent with your business so I/we don’t feel robbed. *May I suggest you add the Cancellation procedure and Policy on your website, along with pricing and what is all included as it is not on there. It would make things so much easier for your clients.

Horrible customer service! I’ve been having my lash extensions for a year now and never had such a terrible experience. I had them done before I left town. I had eye pain and watering at the time but didn’t make a big deal about it. I did express to the tech how terribly painful it was. When I got to Tampa for vacation I lost about 60% of my lashes between Thursday and Sunday (Master level tech). I called and after complaining was told I would get some points back on my membership & nothing more because I was OOT. Those “some points” I agreed to turned out to be $22! Went to ALS in Tampa and was told they needed to all be removed because they were falling out. I called NB studio and was told my money was refunded to my CC and I said thank you. Had lashes removed and full set in Tampa ($140). Ten days…. No refund. Called back and manager said no refund just $22 worth of points to my membership. I will be calling the BBB. Super disappointed!

This place is a rip off! I made an appointment with the intro price and when I checked out I was informed I scheduled with a ‘master’ and it was an up charge. They also charged me extra for the length I chose. Then convinced me to join there program that was supposed to save me money. The first time I got them done was over $200 then when I got refills they charged me two separate charges of $80. I didn’t realize it until I looked at my bank statement because I canceled my membership. I was walking in for my appointment 12 minutes late and was told they had to cancel me because I was passed a 10 minute late rule. Then they charged me a $50 fee for canceling my membership. I have had my lashes done now for about 6 months and I absolutely love them! I haven't been able to put mascara on for years since I'm unable to see without my glasses and I don't wear contact lenses so, I decided to try them. My eyes look fabulous again. Totally worth the money, and Gina is the absolute best. I've had 2 different gals before her and found her work to be the best every time. What are you waiting for??? You're going to love them!!!!!

I loved Sabrina. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and made my first time a breeze. They look amazing and I could not be happier. Update: my lashes lasted 1 month with twice daily lash baths and gentle combing. I went back a 2nd time because I love them so much!

I love the artists I’ve worked with but their program is a joke. It seems like I’m paying money, on top of money, on top of money and getting little to nothing with my membership. Last week I had a fill and the glue didn’t work correct due to temperature, the artist redid it but after I left almost all my lashes fell off. I went in to have it redone but they made me pay full price even though the notes on the account from the artist clearly said there was an issue with glue. I’ve been able to come in every two weeks typically so you would think the change in fills and notes from the artist herself would be enough but yet again I owed $105 because at that point I was towards the end of the month with no fills. This company robs you. Membership cancelled for sure.

Not a great experience for me. I ended up with conjunctivitis from the way the glue was applied. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I’m getting married tomorrow and my eyes are red and inflamed. This was my first time at Amazing Lash. I’ve gotten my lashes done many times before, all over the world, and this is the first time that this has happened to me. The staff is nice and the lashes are of great quality but the lady placed the pads too high on my eyes and when she was applying the lashes, I could feel the glue going into my eyes. I’ve never had that happen before. It was expensive and I just do not feel that the level of service was very professional for the money. Now, I am worried about my eyes for my wedding tomorrow and hope that the redness subsides (I will try and add a picture) Again, I’ve had lashes done many times before and this is a first for me. I do not think I will be going back.
