Everyone has a off day. Service was slow. They brought it the wrong tortillas.Never got a refill on drinks. The order and portions were good.

Been going here for over 8 years. Best Carne Guisada in Texas. Just get the Palm Breakfast

Good mexican food. Prices are decent. They have a 3-tacos for $5 deal in the morning. Tacos are on the smaller end. If your hungry get a breakfast plate instead. Family likes to eat here. Ample seating and nice waiters.

Very slow service. It took us 20 minutes to get a waitress, and they weren’t even that busy. It wasn’t like the waitress came to wait on us, we had to ask another waitress to see who was going to be waiting on us. Finally put in a drink order and we waited another 15 minutes for the drinks to come out. We put our order at the same time as our drinks, as the person that brought chips and salsa to our table provided us menus. After waiting over an hour, still waiting on food. Need to do better on your service. No light in the restroom. Not impressed.

The tortilla was extremely hard unedible and so was the food dry cold , the waitress instead of helping us fix the food , started arguing with us, saying that that's how in was made there ,Since it's a different owner , (" yet It's still called Palms Cafe and the food should be prepared the same" ) , how could they say that !!! I worked with them for 3 years and know damn well how it's prepared , it's been 4 years that we have not been here and I brought all my family from Dallas to eat here , since we craved palms but never again !! I felt bad bringing my family here

Pork chop breakfast was great, Husband had the Palm Plate it was great as well. Friends also tried the lengua and menudo, everything was good and we’d stop again if we’re in town.

Chalupas are my favorite thing here. And the carne guisada with cheese is by far one of the best I’ve had! All the employees I’ve encountered have all been so nice also. Great food would definitely recommend

The atmosphere is cozy and we were greeted at the door. The staff seem friendly and our orders were taken promptly. We didn't have to wait long to get our food and our food was very tasty. I do recommend the enchiladas here if you like them. I definitely think that I will be coming back here in the future.

It has a mom and pop feeling to it. The atmosphere is cozy and we were greeted at the door. The staff seems to friendly and our waitress quickly came over to introduce herself and ask us what we wanted to drink. Our food came out quickly, and was tasty. I ordered the chimichanga, another had the enchiladas and the last person in our party had a burrito. The enchiladas were very tasty, highly recommend them. Warning! The chimichanga is very large. Seems more for a two-person order vs a single. Prices are very affordable, for 3 adults it was around $36. I think we may go back.
