Was treated very badly by one of the host. Who began to yell loudly blaming me for the situation. I'm sure it was a situation where he thinks it was all me and I think it was him. However there are cameras and those need to be watched so theses situations don't happen. I will not tolerate being treated this way. I called the manager and he was very dismissive about the whole thing clearly siding with the employee simply saying " He didn't feel well" in that case he should not be there if he can't control his impulse " to be right" and to say he won't tolerate disrespect when he was the one giving it. People are there to eat not to argue with employees no matter how right they think they are. That is not the place for that. Camares need to be watched, Because getting blamed for someone's stupidity is not okay.

The food was okay as far as taste goes. However my biscuit and gravy I had with my meal as a substitute for my pancakes was not satisfying as the gravy was cold cold. I asked if it can be thrown in the microwave and the waitress tried to convince me that it was hot and fresh. I said so why does it seem as if it came right out the fridge? She went into the back and had discovered the gravy was made with cold water and not hot. Kid-friendliness: Restaurant has kids menu along with crayons and something to color on while waiting on food to be served.

I don’t know if Joe is a magician, a Guardian angel, or just a saint but that was the best service I have every experience! Joe our server waited for us at the door, sat us down, took our order, COOKED our order, & brought it to us. He made my night special after a long work week. We will go back just for Joe ❤️

Hamburgers where bland tasting like it had no seassoning. Service was fast but it made the experience feel like a "hurry up and get out" or the employee was about to clock out. Chicken and mozarella sticks where good.

TERRIBLE service. 1. Location barely had 4 tables and There was nobody to welcome you in. 2. So many staff available just joking around not taking their job seriously. 3. Did not receive kids menus i had to ask for them. 4. Floor was VERY slippery. 5. It took them 15 mins just to bring our drinks out. 6. Their ceiling is filthy and looks like it has mold. I am not sure how this place is even open. Terrible location and such lazy and rude staff members. Utensils were dirty even glass of water smelled funny.

We went to this location for the 2nd time and I was very disappointed. First if all: 1. Ceiling tiles are so old and moldy they seriously need to update this location. 2. We had already waited a while and we were starving, so we bit the bullet and ate here. 3. Our server was amazing, which made everything else seem irrelevant. 4. As you can see by the picture, my son has special needs so he orders the same salad every time and he usually eats every last piece. Not this time! He ate all the toppings and chicken but left the entire salad. It looked so old he wouldn’t eat it. For him this is rare because he eats everything. 5. While waiting for our meals there was one waitress that was serving a coke to her table and dropped coke on the floor. She never bothered to clean it up and another waitress slipped on it but literally held on to the wall to keep herself from falling. One of her tables a customer told her she needed to clean up the spilled coke. 6. The same waitress while waiting for food to be taken out to her table, began throwing some type of food into someone’s mouth like a game. She also had a mouth full of food while she cleaned up the spilled coke. 7. Overall, I don’t think we’ll be back until things change at this location.

Unlike other ihop outlets, the staff here are quick and gentle. Attended every customer with full attention. The food is good and the wait time is almost zero min .

Food for family was good. Gluten Free pancakes are great for those with my same issues. Service was slow, but it was Saturday am and busy. The interior of the restaurant is less than appealing. Very Dated, stained ceiling tile, mold on AC Vents, dirt on floors... especially during these Covid times, I would recommend that IHOP corporately clean up your restaurants to provide a clean environment for your patrons and staff. IHOP could be so much better of a family experience with clean fresh look.

About time that IHOP update their menu to include Gluten Friendly choices. I tried the gluten free pancakes and they were legit! My mom got a burger with a gluten free bun which I had a bite of and it was great! They also have gluten friendly and waffles. Why gluten friendly instead of gluten free? Because they can’t guarantee they are not cross contaminated with flour. I can live with that... good job!

Service - The wait staff was very friendly and it was quick and easy to get a seat. BUT the wait for the food was immense. They need to do something about their operations- I would have deducted 1/4 to 1/2 a star, if that were possible, for the wait. Food - the food was very good. Tasty and well prepared. Loved the pumpkin spice pancakes. The restaurant was clean, but still a little run down. Overall, good place for the food, if you don’t mind waiting a long time.
