I went to this bank as I always do every other day. I went today withdraw money. Went back 5 minutes later to do another withdraw, and was told I needed to come in to verify myself. Went in and was told my signature did not match with any they had. I had just used the same exact signature when I withdraw the first time. The manager tells me that it's fraud on my account because I closed my card out. Which I did not close it the bank closed it because my checking account was closed out. So I withdrew all my money out and will be closing this account as well. Never will bank there again!

I called the bank repeatedly after opening and no one answered the phone. I was inquiring about a wire that had been sent the day before. It had not arrived. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told that domestic wires take as much as 3 days. That is a lie and in violation of federal statute 12USC chapter 42 section 4002. It is no wonder why there are so many bad reviews for this branch.

The staff are fantastic Only issue is that there is two maybe 3 tellers ever! Two at drive-through and one in the lobby. An abysmal failure of corporate decision making.

Would give zero stars if I could- not sure why I keep giving them a chance. They are conveniently located but always “short staffed “and the staff they do have is rude and unprofessional. Never again! Update avoid this bank and ALL Wells Fargo’s. I was told they couldn’t help me until late in day with a transfer for home purchase they have ruined my closing on a home we have worked so hard for. This branch as well as the conroe location. I also talked to the woodlands branch all said to do it online and now Wells Fargo has held granger saying they have to investigate for fraud and could take 1-2 days. Guess what we don’t have 1-2 days I have until tomorrow!!!!! And I have talked to literally 20 diff people the last one said they were transferring me to escalations then hung up after spending two hours merging the call with my husband who was with clients making a living to pay for the house we are supposed to be owners of and “closed “ on today at 12:30 but NO Wells Fargo has kept our money hostage and we cannot spending ton our dream that we have saved for using their bank for 7 years. It was extremely hard to get cleared to close because we are self Employed . Wells Fargo has dropped the ball big time- Go to Chase - wish I would have- would have been able to have worked with one of their several bankers on duty at any given time and would never have been in this position. My husband and I had business on this side of town and we were FAR away from home. Becca went out of her way and took time to help us solve our problem. I am VERY happy with the help we received at this location. Becca was sunshine in a frustrating situation.

People need to realize that this branch is understaffed! They are very quick if you don't have 20 transactions at the teller line. Do some research and find out if you need a banker or a teller, and yes they ARE different. And another thing be polite to the workers there, they are human too. Catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I think they are FANTASTIC, knowledgeable, precise, and quick.

Horrible customer service, no greetings, treated rudely. I needed important documents emailed to a Wells Fargo Corporate office and was told to go to the WF Branch and it would be completed easily and quickly. I walked into the lobby, was not greeted at all. I went to the counter and asked could they email the documents, the lady rolled her eyes and asked the other teller “can we do an email for him” the other teller said “yes as long as it’s Wells Fargo business” I said it was. I guess they thought I was sending something to the French Foreign Legion. She rudely told me to take a seat it would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I walked up to the counter and asked if they had forgotten me. There was no I’m sorry it’s taking so long, we will be with you shortly, clearly I was a nuisance and shouldn’t have bothered them. I said you said 10 minutes it’s been over 30, she said well we’re short handed you have to wait. Again rudely. Very quickly a bank employee came out, took my documents never apologizes for the long wait. Within 2 minutes he returned handed me my documents and said they are done. I said thank you! He said nothing and walked off. Wow NEVER WILL I SET FOOT INTO THAT BRANCH OF WELLS FARGO AGAIN!! My business with this company is done!!!

This place has failed to epic proportion with Covid. There’s a difference between being cautious and complete implosion. First the lobby was closed to appointment only. Then they were just closed with people walking around inside with Covid signs plastered all over the doors. Then completely closed and yesterday the ATM only gives cash, no deposits. Last week I had to go to UPS store across the street and pay for a notary. Wells customer since 1988, adiós. I have my business accounts down the street and will move everything there. They’re wide open and have been.
