Mr. Mac American Fork

We come in here at least two to three times a year to fit some suits. Came in tonight and found a couple of good-looking suits and the employee was attentive and helpful! They have ties, suits, socks, missionary pins, shirts, and business sport coats. It's a nice location when you're in the market to buy suits. Not sure if they do alterations. They also sell zip ties here and suits/coats for younger kids (which I didn't know about!). It's a good location spot - right in the middle of a plaza where they have restaurants and clothing stores. ~Chris

Clad & Cloth

I had a lovely experience with Brooke from customer experience. She was so kind and helpful when assisting with my return. Fabulous clothes. Iโ€™ve always had great experiences with clad and cloth! Easy and quick shipping. Shop pay is an option which makes for quick checkout (almost too quick). Returns are also seamless even with the return shipment fee. Lovely! ~Emily

Rachel Elizabeth Bridal

I can't even begin to express all the ways that working with Elizabeth was outstanding. I was having trouble finding a wedding dress I loved and after seeing her dresses on Pinterest and Instagram, I flew out to Portland to meet with her. I had originally thought of doing a custom dress (which she can do) but after seeing her ready-made dresses in person, I fell in love with the first one I tried on. Elizabeth was warm, consultative, imaginative, exacting and very timely in all her communication. Even better, her turnaround time for my gown was 16 weeks - I had been quoted 6-9 months in other shops! If you're looking for an incredible experience, the most beautiful dresses, and would like to support a woman-owned local business, I highly, highly recommend Elizabeth! ~Kate

UPDATE: This is a follow up to my original post, see that Original Post below for context. Well, well, well what do we have here?! It seems as though you CAN judge a place by the lack of grammar used by other "reviewers." Poor review and poor grammar? In Utah County, that place is very likely a 5-star experience. I made the effort to visit this location in American Fork today just to try and prove myself wrong and finally shut my trap. No such luck, Utah! On my arrival, at roughly 1:30 PM, I found the place inundated with patrons. Patrons spilling out of the drive thru. Patrons filling up the booths inside, as well. Odd seeing such a sight given the vitriol babbled at this place by some of you expletives; babble that I suffered as I read through one excruciating review after another. Side note; the fact that Utah is ranked dead last in per pupil spending isn't lost on me. Great job, #ChewStrawUtah! I ordered my meal. I didn't have to wait long to do so either. The hustle and bustle was real and I noticed it was handled most effectively by ALL employees present. As I waited for my order, two other patrons placed their orders with an ease comparable to my experience. Great start, crew! By the time the 2nd patron that followed me finished placing her order, my order # was being called. Prior to that, I witnessed the expeditor reviewing my prepared order, for accuracy I assumed. He then topped off the bag of food with utensils, napkins, and an assortment of condiments, to include honey. Man, I drove that grub home with an excitement of a child at an amusement park. I just had a very competent and professional experience with the staff and my gut told me that experience was going to translate to the quality and accuracy of the food I ordered; and yes, it did! PERFECT! As you can see in the photo I supplied, everything was present and accounted for. Go ahead you mouth-breathing, slack-jawed, knuckle-dragging, grammar-hating ninnies, zoom in on the ticket and s$!k it. I'm a large man. I have to take care not to emanate my natural intimidating presence, but I couldn't help intimidating every last bite of my delicious order. Everything, absolutely perfect. AMERICAN FORK POPEYES FOR THE WIN! To the outsiders, benefit from my hard fought Utah lesson; poor reviews accompanied by poor grammar is a tell. To the owner of this location. Treat your employees with all the respect they deserve, they represent EXTREMELY well. You are VERY lucky to have them working for you. I hope that you already show them the respect they deserve and I hope they are already aware of that respect from you. Check the timestamp on the ticket. Everyone working that day deserves a raise. PLEASE, take care of them. You are lucky to have them. Am I making myself clear? Lol. I hope so! Take care, Utah County. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿ‘ ORIGINAL POST: I have only read the reviews. I have not tried the food or service at this location. However, judging by the grammar used in the 13 reviews I have read, I'm giving this location 5 stars! I'll revise my rating, if needed, after I give this location a try. Now, to cut through the tongue-in-cheek for all of you absolutely Utah f<*%=ร—g r<%#+&s leaving your absolutely Utah County reviews, get back on your porches, chew your straw, and stay there. ~Landlord
