Great selection of shoes and they have a lot of name brands. With the rise in inflation their prices have gone up but that’s everybody. Staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions the customers had.

This shoe store is very clean and well organized. The staff was polite and friendly. When checking out, I was offered a 15% discount for singing up for a loyalty account. Four stars because I was shopping for dress shoes and there wasn’t a great selection. Mostly just tennis shoes.

I love this Famous Footwear. I always think I'll find what I'm looking for at Target, become discouraged then find myself at Famous... Totally happy and wondering why I didn't start at Famous in the first place. They are having supply shortages right now. We went in to find dress shoes for my son. Although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, the employee went above and beyond to show me alternative ideas for dress shoes. I'm very happy with what we got and grateful for such a helpful human!

Sometimes they have crazy cheap deals and thats when it’s worth it to come here, unless you have never worn a shoe and need to know your size.....

They have good quality shoes at reasonable prices including popular name brands like Sketchers or Vans. Often, just like today, they offer a second pair half off.

Asics shoes fit me the best and don't hurt me feet Famous Footwear has a large selection and there prices are way lower than other stores carrying the Asics brand. I buy about two pairs a year.

The store had a lot of variety, but perhaps not an extensive selection. That said, I was able to find some great workout shoes and while they only had one style of basketball shoes, those were a good fit as well. The prices were great and the staff were very friendly.

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced! The associate had zero desire to help my daughter find a size in the back. YOU LOST A BIG SALE TODAY!! Congrats famous footwear! I guess Van's in Traverse Mountain will get our business!!

Pretty good selection of shoes and competitive prices, but customer service/management was terrible. HUGE line (10 families in line) to check out with only one cashier on a busy back to school night. To make matters worse, the family in the front of the line took 20 minutes to check out. Watched 2 other workers stocking, but apparently only ONE worker is trained on the register. Almost left the store without my 6 selections. Poor planning and staffing. Pretty disgusted.
