I get mailed coupons for shoes every year and am able to get great shoes for both my kids at a good price. The employee I see ever year is very helpful and easy to work with!

They must be between shipments today because there wasn't much selection for kids shoes. The prices for the shoes that were there were quite high. My daughter's going to grow out of these shoes in no time yet they still cost me $55? I made a horrible mistake today. I tried to go to famous footwear the last Saturday before school starts. Bad idea! It was shoulder to shoulder and the shoes were a mess. This is by no means the employees fault but the customers. They didn't care to put the shoes back where they got them but left them in all sorts of places including just on the floor. I don't recommend ever going to famous footwear anywhere on the last Saturday before school starts.

Disappointed in their prices. Found a Puma shoe, cheaper at the Puma store. It was almost 30 more expensive here. Low stock on lots of styles. However it was clean and organized.

Associate 283904 was so helpful on 10/03/21 that I could easily have a pair shoes I needed in a bigger sized mailed to me. I made the purchase and have gone on with my last two weeks. I realized today, 10/20/21 that I still had. It received the shoes. Online it shows no information on the tracking information but on my account it shows I got the shoes in store. I called today at 10:43 am and spoke with Dani, she asked for my phone number, name and address. She then said she would get back to me “in a few minutes” after she figured out what she needed to do. I thanked her, we said good bye. It is now 2:35 in the afternoon and I have not heard back, I called the store and she laughed as the phone was given to her saying “I just thought you hung up earlier”… let’s just say I somehow misunderstood her goodbye and did hang up, why did she try calling back? She then got defensive and started talking over me. I asked did her supervisor, she said she was the manager and there was no way for me to contact her supervisor. Safe to say that Wendell with Customer service was phenomenal and figured out exactly what happened and resolved it all. Camie, district manager, I just really hope you read this and truly get a feel for the terrible customer service I received today.

To begin customer service was good but I’m not rating them based on that I’m rating them a 2 because I never shop at famous footwear but I bought some shoes the day I went so therefore I did NOT want to register my email I refuse to provide emails for places I don’t hardly shop or just in general ! & I specifically told the cashier I did not want to register and she said that I would need an email in case of a return! 😤 I found that so odd but I said ok if it’s to be able to return than ok just in case.... but I get an email 😡 saying that “WELCOME TO YOUR FAVORITE ENAIL LIST” that Is 🤬 freakin annoying when you specifically did not want to register I’m bombarded with important emails and this one being one in between !!!

This is a Famous Footwear. The offerings here are basically the same as you would find anywhere else. I have not observed a noticeable difference in the price of their shoes from other FF locations. Selection is impressive as long as you aren't looking for something outside the mainstream. Employees are always helping somebody. Plenty of parking in the outlet lot. Egress is fine except the busiest shopping times of the year.

Men selection was poor. Their prices are okay you end up saving from 5 to 10 dllrs from retail price. And they had some buy one get second half of sort of deal. Not for me their shoe selection is to conventional/ small

The girl working on 3/9/18 was amazing! I walked in with my baby needing a pair of shoes for an event and she showed me everything I asked for. She even brought shoes to where I was trying them on at. She swiftly checked me out and treated me and my baby with kindness. I will definitely be returning to this outlet because of her❤️
