Great store, clean, variety of sizes actually in stock. Was greeted once when I entered, then no interaction til I had clothes in hand, which was fine, I prefer to browse a while. Once I asked for a room one of the associates was super helpful with swapping sizes and stuff. Checkout was smooth. Would shop again. This review is for Maurices at Shadow plaza.

I went out Christmas shopping 🛍 🤗 in Shadow Lake area and stopped in the Maurice Store. The ladies were all polite and helpful. Clean store. Great experience.

Went in to shadow lake looking for an outfit several different times. Each time, no one greeted me. All Employees kept on with their conversations. But every other customer who entered was greeted. And there was always a difference…..they were skinny and I am plus size 16/18. So, if I am bigger, I don’t get spoken to? I’m bigger and therefore my money isn’t good? I’m plus size so I don’t even get a hello? I won’t be coming back not because of the clothes but the allowance of sheer ignorance and discrimination. I’m done with this company and location.

I love Maurices, but the interaction i had with an associate there was so rude. I do not know if she was having a bad day or what. I asked the price of an item and got told that is was 60% of 59.00. I was so shocked. Keep in kind i seen the 60% off sign and the price of the shoes but did not have my phone, so the fact that she could not take time to assist me was beyond me. Was it the color of my skin or the clothes i had on... the whole trip there was a disaster from the time i walked in and was not greeted in anyway and no she was not busy.

I used to spend hundreds of dollars each time o would visit, however that was at the Millard location. I’ve gone to the Papillion location for the past year and literally every time I am disappointed. The staff are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. Forget asking for help with finding an outfit. Which I aways ask for help to be dressed as I am just not good at it. Today I walked In and it was as if I was bothering these girls. I looked around a few moments and was so frustrated because I genuinely needed new work clothes. I had to leave. I will go to the Millard location from now on or find a new place to shop So sad

Staff (one in particular) was very overwhelming. I felt like I was being suffocated and was followed everywhere I went. The clothes are very cute but I would have liked to look around a little more.
