They never gave me back my ID card after just going to get change in quarters and then said I was the one who most likely misplaced them. Did not even offer to pull up camera footage. Also I've gotten rolls of quarters where there was a nickel instead of a quarter. Accidents happen, but they did not handle this well at all and I will be following up on this. UPDATE - They DID in fact have my ID and card, had to destroy my card due to protocol. Told me they would send me a new card and put a rush order on it for delivery. I still have not gotten my card because I found out that they actually waited a day after they found my card to order it and then ordered it regular delivery after calling internally. I have been without medication, I have had late fees for car payments because my payment was denied, ALL BECAUSE I WANTED CHANGE. This company but especially this branch have zero care for the customer, I wasn't even treated like a human being. Every step of this process was handled so carelessly and horribly. I still don't even know where they found the card. I have a huge complaint case about this and I hope this shows every other customer how little they actually care. Take your business elsewhere, God knows I wish I had.

Very nice and friendly staff. They are serving by appointment only due to COVID. They helped me after 20 minutes wait. I had to wait for next available banker bcz I went without appointment.

Mr. Johnson was very rude. Chase closed an account that I opened 10 days ago without giving me notice. When I explained that I was expecting at least a notice (since I set up direct deposit from my employer and they closed my account the day before pay-day and now no one knows where my paycheck ended up), he told me “there is always a reason why Chase does things”. Anyway, I went to the branch to re-open my account but he was annoyed that I wanted to apply the same coupon that I used online ($500 for a new account with qualifying activities). He told me I couldn’t so I asked him: “how can I get a new one?”, his answer “usually when I don’t know something I look it up on something called the internet”. Very rude. He is supposed to represent Chase and What is his job then? I left and went to Citi instead. STAY AWAY

Monica and Luis personal bankers are the type of employees that exemplify great customer service! There was a software issue last Friday that caused atm deposits not to correctly apply to accounts. After going through customer service and claims for over an hour and being hung up on, I went to this branch to get help. My rent was due and I had no way of doing a quick pay because the cash deposit I just made did not show credited to my account even with an emailed receipt from the atm. After hearimg my issue both of these employees sprang into action and resolved my issue and assured me that any overdraft that occurred would be corrected without any issues. They did what customer service couldn't do in an hour in 10 minutes without batting an eye. Give these two a raise!!!

I came to withdraw money in this big machine. I went to the clerk to get $10 coins. Then i was told the coins will b available at 9 AM. Am already inside the bank i have to wait coz its still 0845. Wait 15 min for that coins. just did not make sense to me that's insane

signed in and waited 30 minuets for notarize service, only to be told at least 20 min more before staff can see me. Walked out after 20 more min of No service. Staff not seem to be in a rush although waiting traffic drastically increasing. The manager in the corner office was especially slow and show very little interest in helping.
