My girlfriend and I came in to find a reliable vehicle for me since I've gone through a rough experience with my previous vehicle. Elijah and Ivan kept it 💯 when I told them where we were financially and what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy in a 2006 Tacoma. We came in right before closing and Ivan our salesman was very professional and accommodating to us even after closing. We decided to come in the next morning as soon as they opened. This time we were helped by Brandon. He was also professional and accommodating, everything was quick and thorough. They addressed all of our questions, and they even were able to reduce the price lower than we were originally quoted without any negotiations!! Ivan, Brandon and the dealership as a whole has made this car buying experience the best I have ever had. They even looked into one issue I saw and filled our tank up before leaving! We will definitely be back later this year for our next purchase! 10/10

I was aware of what I was buying, due to the market. I felt like my experience was good, but I had several issues after I left with the vehicle. The steering wheel was wrapped, and when I took it apart, I found a chunk out of it. The steering wheel was bad, tire needs to be replaced, I just replaced the blower motor, and I just bought it in late January. I contacted the sales folks after about the steering wheel, and I needed to do all the leg work to make this right. On top of this, my 45 day registration expired, and when I called, they said the paperwork was just on someone's desk. I waited two months for my registration and tag. At the end of the day, I wanted my experience to be better, and the truck to be in better shape. I just wanted a new steering wheel. I would have installed it myself.

I was looking for a vehicle for weeks after my car accident. I finally found Carizona. They had so many beautiful cars within my price range. I told them exactly what I wanted with a certain price range. They delivered EXACTLY what I wanted and they did NOT pressure me into something I didn’t want. They are very respectful and I would recommend them to anyone. The service manager Will was so generous with me when I needed to bring my car in to get the tires balanced. I seriously recommend Carizona to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle!!!!

Typical used car lot. Sales team kept switch sales staff. Vehicle was a mess... Not represented well in ad or communication upon showing up. Also vehicle was overpriced and had a major oil leak and house wiring. Sales guy didn't seem bothered. "they pass out 110point inspection" " my shop will look at it asap" "OH someone else will buy it" I highly recommend if you buy here a pre sale independent vehicle inspection.. Before signing any paperwork.

Great experience...wonderful salesman Travis...2013 f 150 4X4 Low MILES excellent condition....thank you Travis....also wanted to say something about the service department...drove off the lot the first day of purchase and had a couple problems...common in a used vehicle....the sunroof was binding up..took it back and was emediately taken care of...not only did they fix it but repaired it entirely with all new parts...courteous , professional and friendly restored my faith in customer service...
