Grilled cheese are on point and oh so good with their sheep cheese and Madison sourdough bread, oh and don’t forget the twist by adding jelly - so good!!! Our son ate it right up and asked for more! We will continue to go back for sure. We wish they were open more, but we will take what we can get. 😁 thank you!!!

Spent a lovely afternoon in Paoli today and one of the owners fixed us an amazing lunch while the other gave us a tour of the cheeses for sale! It was such a nice visit and the cheese board and sandwiches were amazing! Thanks 2Annas for the amazing visit! I can't wait to come back!

Such a gem of a shop - Love this place, its friendliness, its menu, and its provisions. Great place to shop for things like fresh eggs, delicious cheese, as well as gifts. Some of the best gifts I've given to people (as they tell me) - I have purchased here. Stellar grilled cheese sandwiches and local cheese! The day we stopped they had a delicious Tomato Basil soup as well. The owners are super friendly and know their cheese. So stop at this wonderful little shop and spend some time and money. There are many local gifty items to choose from to take along with you.

I love this cheese shop. They do a ton of events, you can almost always find them in Madison. Their grilled cheeses are to die for and they always have a cool selection of books and curios. Highly recommended!
