Great customer service, If I had one concern it would be I'm no a big Fan of their Pizza. I ordered several times it's just not my thing. But the people are great and it's a nice clean c-store.

They have E85 and 93 here when I can’t find that anywhere in Madison. I drive out of my way to fill up here and it was clean the one time I went inside and the employee working the checkout was very nice. Honestly i don’t care how it is inside as long as they don’t stop carrying E85. Thank you for offering it still!!!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CASEY'S IN BELLEVILLE EVER AGAIN!!!! THIS SECOND ASSISTANT MANAGER ( her name on her name tag was Rebecca) TOLD ME IT WAS NOT HER JOB TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED ON TOP OF THAT TOLD ME I WAS AT THE STORE TO LONG AND NEEDED TO LEAVE. I WAS WAITING FOR HER TO MAKE ME A PIZZA AND SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND DIDN'T HELP ME SO I GRABBED A PIZZA FROM THE WARMER AND IT WAS NOT COOKED VERY DOUGHY HIGHLY RECOMMED NOT ORDER FOOD HERE WHEN SHE WORKS WON'T BE DONE!!!!!!! PLUS WAS UNPLEASTANT TO OTHER STAFF MEMBER SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THIS CASEYS

So I was let go today at Casey's Belleville I was being harassed and they didn't do anything about it but instead filed fake reports about me and got me fired I would never go back there ever again to the discrimination and harrassment.

I find it very unprofessional to have your name tag on your hat, and then when I ask you tell me it's on your hat and it says 2nd assistant manager on it. Plus I seen and heard the 2nd assistant manager yelling at employees and upper management. I will not be willing to come back to this store ever again!!!!

This happened over a year ago, and I have not been to the store since. so, maybe it's better now? My folks and I used to stop here frequently, mostly for gasoline. probably spent a few hundred dollars over the course of 4 months, not really "big spenders"... Now, we are "no spenders". Some agitated employee took time out of her day to leave her post inside the store, and approached my car to inform me that i was not allowed to sit in the parking lot and use the free wifi. Pretty sure that I wasn't bothering anybody (besides her). I wasn't playing anything on my radio, was in just one parking space, and as a regular customer, guess I just figured it was ok for me to sit there a while.... I wouldn't care to bring this up, But there have been several times recently when I would have stopped at this Casey's for gasoline, had it not been for that one really crummy employee. My only suggestion is that if there is a time limit for paying customers to park in the lot, or use the wifi, it should be posted. Again, my family and I haven't shopped at Casey's in at least a year. So maybe this has already been fixed.

They advertise that they are desperate for employees and will take anyone who applies at this point. However, refuses to hire anyone who has responsibilities outside the work force. They refuse to accommodate to your schedule and demand you work what works for them. I do not recommend even applying unless if you are willing to practically live at the store for next to little pay. Don't waste your time.

Employees are usually really friendly. That is the only good thing I can say about this store. I cannot wait for Kwik Trip to open in Belleville, I doubt this Casey's will be around long. The store is not clean, the pizza is not good and is NEVER ready on time, The coolers are poorly stocked, checking out takes significantly longer than it should. I've been to other Casey's that are great, this store is poorly managed. Employees are not following our county mask mandate during this pandemic so I will not be going there anymore.

Casey's Belleville WI is always out of order on all self-serve items. Ice cream, iced tea, soda. Always out. We need a Kwik Trip.

Store flat out sucks. Corporate really missed on this one. Soda/energy drink cooler ALWAYS looks patchy at best. Store was good before they rebuilt. But now lacks good employees or any sort of consistency with its offerings.
