The Cobra team was COOL-BRUHH 🐍 Cobra took us as a walk-in and was able to mount and balance our freshly powder-coated wheels in less than 30 minutes! I have taken special wheels to other places before, like Discount Tire, and the finish always ends up damaged. The Cobra team was super friendly and personable, along with being professional and efficient. We will definitely be returning for all of our tire needs! ~Jessica

Some repair shops, especially new car dealerships' service departments, will try to sell you unnecessary repairs for your vehicles. Very helpful staff. I have come many times for oil changes and they can always squeeze me in. They have a nice small lobby area with a vending machine and a small kids play table and restroom. Always very courteous and professional. They used to have a dog that would wander around with the owner. It was the cutest blue eyed collie that would ask you to toss its ball and nicely sit next to you while you waited. They even had a kitten in the lobby that the owner found and was trying to find someone to adopt it. It just shows they love animals and I always say you can trust animal people! ~Katie

Needed an oil change and tire rotation for my Dodge Challenger. First time using this location. Odd set up - no appointments for this service - first come first serve. Service opens at 7:00 and I pulled up exactly at 7:00 to find a couple of dozen customers in line already. Took approximately 10 minutes for a service greeter to sign me in. Was told to expect two hours and that's exactly how long the process took. That's acceptable. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Guided me to the waiting room (HUGE) and apologized for no coffee during the building remodel. Oh well. At 7:00 A.M. I needed coffee. Couple of large flat panel TVs going. When my vehicle was ready and I walked out to get it I was greeted by the same service writer who checked me in who offered to pull the car out of a line of waiting cars and pull it forward for safety and convenience. Was handed a slip of paper (see pic) with the names of the techs who serviced my car with an explanation. It's obvious that this dealership's process works well and it's also obvious that many many Chrysler product owners prefer to be dealer-serviced rather than use one of the drive up quick lube franchises. Prices are reasonable. ~AJ

Just wanted to acknowledge the amazing service I got from Tony and Efrain and Tristan at Store 5186. I got a flat over an hour away from home and this was my closest location to call for help. I was with my child and not sure what to do. I called and spoke with Tony who really worked hard to help figure out if I was going to make it in time once roadside came to put on my donut. I made it on time and these gentlemen worked hard to make sure I was well taken care of. They went out of their way to help me out …checking me out 1 minute after closing. I went to 3 other places before i found All Valley Care in Gilbert and boy am i glad I did. Their prices and costumer service was amazing. Tom was great and very informative about the repairs my car needed. The price they gave was 800 dollars lower than the other guys quoted me. I found my new mechanic. They are life savers.
