We recently had this shop perform the removal and replacement of the fuel injectors in our 2017 Yukon. And after they initially completed the job, I had to turn around and take it right back because it wasn't running correctly. Turns out while performing the service they broke a spark plug wire. They finally got it running correctly but forgot to put the plenum cover back on so I had to take it back again. This service was performed in late spring this year. And last week the truck just started running poorly again. This time I took it to a different shop. Initially the cost of the repairs were going to be around $3500. And after beginning the work they discovered that someone had dropped a fastener into the intake plenum and down into the cylinder. The last place to have the intake plenum off was Gilbert Car care. This fastener caused catastrophic damage to the cylinder and cylinder cylinder head, raising the cost to $9000 for the repairs. I would never take anything to this shop ever again and I suggest that you don't either.

Very honest, explain every step and rationale for what they are doing. More knowledgeable by far than the dealership! Tries to understand, diagnose and fix things in a cost effective way rather than the newer mentality of swap out parts or systems of parts until the owner goes broke or they fix it. Would and will recommend to family and friends without reservation! Outstanding follow up and care.

These guys were awesome! I had a nightmare visiting ANOTHER shop and was referred to All Valley by a friend from work. These guys confirmed my theory of cause and got the part replaced and problem fixed as quick as they could getting me in without an appointment. It has been running normally since! They were even willing to do my intake a little after closing, they didn’t turn me away just because it was after business hours. Nice and welcoming employees. I recently moved to Gilbert and for someone like myself (who is not the most car savvy lol), it can be a bit worrisome when your vehicle suddenly has an issue and you're not sure where to turn to. My Check Engine light kicked on in my truck and so after a quick scan at oreillys, I realized this wasn't something I'd be able to do myself. I frantically looked up a few different locations via Google and thankfully found this amazing shop! I called Tom with my concerns, he explained everything that could be causing the specific code, so based on the other reviews I decided to trust them with my vehicle. His team was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explained the different repair options available, and what would make the most sense to avoid further issues down the line. I really appreciated the honesty in helping me save some money by staying ahead of the repair curve rather than having a preventable issue crop up later that would end up being quite costly. I am grateful I found a dependable, trustworthy mechanic that I know isn't just looking to rip off their customer by taking advantage of their lack of knowledge. Instead, Tom and his team will get the job done right and make recommendations that make sense. He even went out of his way to show me the part they replaced and helped me to understand the repair that was done! I went to 3 other places before i found All Valley Care in Gilbert and boy am i glad I did. Their prices and costumer service was amazing. Tom was great and very informative about the repairs my car needed. The price they gave was 800 dollars lower than the other guys quoted me. I found my new mechanic. They are life savers. I had a jeep in limp mode and several engine codes which caused me a lot of anxiety trying to decide whether it was worth it to have it repaired. I love my jeep but she has 230,000 miles on her and I know she won’t last forever. Talked to Tom at the Gilbert location and he gave me the confidence to believe they would do great work for a fair price. That is exactly what they did ‘great work for a fair price’. They not only took care of all the codes and did the repairs to get her out of limp mode but they took her through emissions for me for a very small fee. I could not be happier with this place and everyone in my household now feels like we have a shop we can use for all our future auto care needs.
