My 12 year old daughter and I went into CVS to buy face masks, fake nails and snacks for a girls night. The store was closing in less then an hour so we did a quick divide and conquer. However, when I was in the snack isle I heard the sales associate questioning my daughters' purchases and then she quickly went to the front counter and called for security. Apparently, she didn't put two and two together that the young child is with the "Mom Type" women even though we were literally the only two customers in the store. Or worse she knew we were together but has no common sense or ability to properly read a situation OR she loves drama. Whatever the case, CVS STOP hiring stupid people...it's bad for business.

Slow. Very slow, and the character of the staff is far from exemplary. They are also inconsistent with calls and deadlines. The pharmacy hours are a joke.

For at least two month, I still not getting the medication from this CVS location. First, they did not tell me any reason why not giving me this medication, after going there so many time, They told me no brand name medication available and need to change to generic name .Then I got doc change to generic name, then they say need doc send prior authorization and insurance approval. I got all this, but they still not give me the medication. Insurance approved it end of January and it is just early Feb, they told me they need another pri-authorization. I talked to doc again, they will not do it, as they say it is approved. I talked to insurance, they say no need, as they approve it. I am running circles and circles and spent so much time and energy on this. I truly believe CVS is playing game on me. CVS got worse and worse over the years and they monopolize the market. Their hours changed from 10:00-6:00pm, it very inconvenient, as I am working during this hours. I am going to change pharmacy. It is such a bad experience. I want to give them negative stars.

As with anywhere there has been issues with staffing. It's an inconvenience, not being able to get you your meds when you need them, I get it. But it's not like they aren't trying. You are able to contact another location to have them pull the Rx from that store or even have your provider send it to another location. But keep in mind, they are showing up to work with all that's going on in the world and trying to help you and get you your medicine. They didn't get 2 weeks off when everyone else did. And the person your upset with and being mean to is more then likely someone from another location just helping them out. (Pharmacists and technicians)So don't take it out on them.

This pharmacy is a joke. I have been coming here for 10 plus years, but the I finally gave up on them. They will never have a prescription called in by a doctor ready. If you try to call expect to be on hold for 30 or more minutes. If you come in, they will tell you at least 45 min to an hour. Use the mail in options if you have a regular prescription, if a Dr calls it in don't have him call here no matter how close it is.

This place is a joke of a pharmacy. Doctor sent in a prescription earlier in the day because I had been severely sick. I was told would be ready before they close. When I went to pick it up the tech ask the Pharmacist if ready and she just said we will get to it when we can and it won't be ready today as she is yelling at the tech to close the drive thru.

I am flabbergast and devastated. I scheduled an appointment on 10/27 for 10/30. I received multiple confirmation texts up until 15 min of my appointment. When I arrived they said they are no longer offering COVID tests and told me to go to the college. Well- I need the test from a confirmed provider and the college is not one. I called the CVS corporate number and was hung up on 4 times. I’ve been in multiple chats and STILL no solution to receiving the confirmed test today. I will never go to CVS again and I will tell everyone of my awful experience at this location particularly!

I continue to try to give the pharmacy a chance, but it is getting ridiculous again. Why have an option to choose when you want to pick up your prescription, if that can't happen. One day I waited on hold 102 minutes. I wanted to see how long it would actually take. I normally give up after 10 minutes and just go over. 4 days after requesting a refill, I called to see what was going on. I was told "We are very busy." "You need to call us if you want to get your prescription filled faster or on a certain day." "We are having staffing issues." In my career, I was trained to not make excuses, and not make my problem, the patient's problem. You just fix it and apollogise. Yesterday, they closed at 5pm, and today, it closed at 4 pm. So, I have tried to get my meds and came home with nothing. You cannot run a business this way. I don't know who is to blame in this case. I have read that the CVS company is in big financial trouble, that they have made major medication errors due to staffing priblems, and cutting staffing at certain hours of the day. I think this location should close until they get people hired and trained, or close the pharmacy permanent if they won't staff it correctly. This staffing problem goes in spurts since I moved here about 4 years ago. They appear to lose staff in waves. I have seen this before in medicine. It is usually that one person is the lynch pin (they make working their bearable, and when they give up and leave, the place becomes a nightmare, and there is a mass exedous. I dare not call the manager, because they may give me the pharmacist, and that would just set them further behind. In nursing, you hire regustry nurses if there are nit eniugh nurses for a shift. They have no choice but to pay more when they fail to hire enough staff because hospitals are required by law to have so many nurses working per so many patients. It is corporate that fails so they need to pay for their own stupidity.

Do not go here. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They will tell you your prescription is ready in a few hours and it always takes at least 2 to 3 days to get it filled. Do not count on them to get you your medicine... go anywhere else and you will get it faster and in the proper quantity. Shame on you CVS! To be this bad at your job during a time like this and so so unprofessional.

Daughter has a yeast infection, doctor calls in a prescription. Go to pick it up, but CVS has no record of it. Call doctor back, they call it in again, this time we call ahead, CVS has no record of it. We ask "are you sure?" they put us on hold, turns out both prescriptions were in their system, they just didn't do anything about it. Prescription's ready, but when we get there it's 8:03 and the pharmacy closed at 8. So now my daughter gets to suffer through the night because they refused to do their job 6 hours ago. They should be glad shes such a trooper or they'd be getting a 1-star review from my lawyer.
