I had fraudulent charges on my card that is already closed When trying to stop it online they require to call in and when I called in they don't pickup phones I'm really upset I need my money back and I want to stop the charges going forward

We had almost $10k taken from us by a scammer, even though the scammer clearly just opened a new checking account, transferred the funds to their account, cashed out, and that was that. No follow up, took 2 WEEKS to get back our savings, if something had happened, we would have been out of luck while Chase HELD our money. This is not the first time either, its the 3rd since switching over from Sterling Bank. Just don't be surprised if "funky" things happen to your account.

Worst customer service! Had an issue with an ATM deposit, to which I was instructed to visit the Branch. I walked inside and stood on a long line as branch personell stood around. I finally reached the teller only to be told to call the 1800 and verify my deposit with them. I then asked to use the bathroom and was told me to go across the street and use their bathroom. I've been banking with chase for over 10 years and after this experience, I am truly considering closing my account.

Been a customer with Chase for over 20 years and I was even an employee. I have to say this location has poor customer service. Every time I patronize this branch I am waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen. They are short staffed! Although very nice once they do get to you, but what annoys me is that they do not tend to the customers in a timely manner that are in the branch and tend to other business (or so they pretend to do). As an ex-Chase employee, customer service is vital to the business, especially attending to those waiting within the branch. This branch does not demonstrate this practice. Very disappointed with the service and attention to the customers at this branch. The other Chase located not so far from this branch provides better service.
