Staff was very friendly and helpful. The eye doctor was seen through telehealth after the staff prepared the eye exams. Staff was helpful finding frames and explaining the different options

Hello, my experience at this location was good. The technology they use looks great. One concern was during my eye exam the lenses in the exam room was blurry, that comes to show they do not clean their equipment after check patient. I also found a piece of hair in the puff exam chin holder. Staff was friendly and very informative.

They have always been professional and then today had a great experience. My glasses had broken when I fell,both arms off the frame. I went to the store,within 10 minutes the staff let me know they were still under warranty, found the same frames and placed the lenses in them. Such a nice experience with wonderful customer service that I haven't had in a while. Sorry I don't know the name of the associate and the optician who helped me

I’ve used this place for contacts and glasses about 3 times and every time there was an issue. They never answer the phone and most times your order just sits on the shelf because nobody calls you and they don’t answer. The workers are clueless nobody communicates so you have to explain they’er mess up 12 different times and they’ll give you the run around to avoid taking fault. They scheduled me for an appointment this morning and when I got there they said I need a different type of exam so I wasted my time coming down and now I have to come back weeks later meanwhile I have no glasses because they messed up my prescription

I went in there when my warranty hi just ended a day after I slipped in some snow and scratched the lenses and broke my glasses. I spoke to howie and he is an amazing amazing amazing amazing employee there! I believe he is the manager. We were able to work something out and I really appreciate his compassion his empathy and sympathy towards my situation and made me feel like a valued customer.

Howie was knowledgeable & super patient answering all my questions as I decided on my options. Dr Yang was caring and informative as we worked toward the best options for my vision needs. The store was clean and the Covid protocols were top notch and efficiently executed. Huge thanks to the whole team there!

I was scheduled for an appointment ( the first appointment of the day) and i was still made to sit waiting while; staff helped customers picking up glasses ; continued to answer phone calls, and leave me just sitting in the lobby . What’s the point of making an appointment, if you’re just going to be ignored , and have other tasks taking priority over your SCHEDULED appointment? Very bad business practice . and i won’t be coming to this location again.

Auriel was so patient while I choose my frames. He offered suggestions but was not pushy at all. What a delightful experience. I highly recommend this location.
