This was not the best experience my mother has ever had. She has been trying to get contacts and this is her first time. We have been through the trials. She wanted to try one of the trials one more time before purchasing just to be sure she can see with it since the rest was all blurry. The doctor just straight up ordered the prescription and we had to pay for it. It’s like he didn’t hear a word she asked. He didn’t respect her thoughts and clearly lacks patience. Not to mention, they didn’t even call to let us know that the contacts we paid for were ready. WE HAD TO CALL THEM. At one point we looked at another Doctor at another location for contacts because we felt that this Doctor didn’t know how to be understanding and listen, and we spoke to the secretary at the Elmerst location. She said we had to do a reexamination if we wanted to restart the process with her. We had not set up an appointment just simply inquired. The next time were at this Doctor’s office, they cancelled my mother’s contacts. They thought we were continuing over at the Elmerst location. How is that logical if we didnt even make an appointment! My mother and I am so frustrated and would highly recommend to go anywhere else to get your contacts.

I used to like this place but one of you break your earpiece off your glasses they don’t fix it you have to pay for another pair which I’ve never had to do before they would just fix it in the office and two I crazy nut job walks into the store today attacks me I’m handicapped and uses a cane to walk and they just let her throw me to the floor they didn’t help they didn’t even try to call the cops to get her off me. I will not come back in ever again.

Went in there because I needed new glasses and was not greeted whatsoever ever. First of all the “assistant manager of eyeglasses” Janet, reeked of alcohol so I asked for the manager and when I was shown who it was, he was being disrespectful and rude to and older patient that was trying to get glasses, talking to them like they were below him and like they were stupid. Unbelievably disgusting.

I was early for my eye exam appointment and was ignored at the desk, when I was finally acknowledged, I was directed to the waiting room which was empty. Doctor's assistant was really pleasant as well as the doctor. After the exam, trouble started. They didn't have the type of contact lenses sample I needed in the store so they said it would be sent to my address which never arrived. When I called back after 2 weeks they said it was in store. I go to the store, explained what happened and they look at me like I'm crazy. I get another eye exam (?) and this time the doctor is extremely rude! I finally got a sample (garbage) after waiting an hour after the eye exam plus the 2 weeks prior. Do not recommend at all!

Staff very polite, very helpful. Manager is very gentle. Location is excellent, prices are affordable, payment plans, everything. I went with an emergency, I broke my glasses and they had the problem resolved in minutes. Today it was my first day and I will come back for sure to renew my glasses. 5 stars for sure!!!!

The ophthalmologist/optometrist and front staff were amazing. Quick and courteous service. I received my contacts in about a week due to my prescription not being so common. I will come back to update when I purchase glasses from them. Definitely economical and quality service. They acccept most insurances unfortunately mine wasn't one of them, but the cost was reasonable.

Today was the first time i've ever been to this location, and the service was wonderfully snappy and fast. I booked an appointment in no more than 2 minutes, and they guided me to where the store was as I got a bit lost (next to Five Below). The attendants were kind and my exam was all in about an hour, but that includes my bumbling around. I was iffy due to the reviews, but I'm glad I went with my gut. Couldn't recommend anymore, and they're helpful to getcha what you need, just make sure you read which glasses cost what pair.

This place at the atlas mall terrible they dont check if the glasses fit you or not so if you get small ones that you out-grow in a month they dont care. And they make you feel stupid if you dont know everything about glasses (thats my experience). They can be rude at times too (again my personal experience). I feel you shouldn't go here.

I had a pleasant and great experience today with the Glendale location. The staff are professional, accommodating and customer oriented especially Janet. She made sure that I get the best service, quality glasses and without a rip off. She is very knowledgeable in what they have to offer. I highly commend Janet and this location! Thank you for the great sevice.
