Unfortunately I would only give a 1 star review. I called weeks ahead of time to get an appointment and there was only availability on a day I worked, so I made sure to ask if they can do what I wanted which was a Tint permit for my car due to sunlight sensitivity from eye surgery I had, I brought all paper work with me for them to fill out. Receptionist was supper nice and kind and checked to see if this is something they would be able to do.keep in mind I already have Tint permits on my vehicles and they just have to be renewed. I was told yes they will be able to help me but when the day came to my appointment I was told to just wear sunglasses when I drive I don't need to have tints on my car with out evan an examination of my eyes to see all the scar tissue i have, just sat in the chair and was told that and didnt get to explain how sunglasses bother my face just to find another eye doctor to help me. Yes that was upsetting and a waste of my time but what was more upsetting was when I first arrived to my appointment I filled out the packet for new patients and as I was doing so, a doctor came out of her office to Scold the receptionist on taking a box of tissues out of the room to place next to her, that she stated was already there in the beginning and got moved into the room somehow. Not a big deal but if your going to yell at your receptionist over something very small in a work environment, I didn't suggest patients to be treated any better. Both receptionist working that day were very nice and helpful and I give them 5 stars.

If there was such thing as zero stars that’s what I would give. I have officially been waiting for my glasses for a month. I Cannot see at all and they seem to not care. One solid month for a pair of glasses when my daughter only had to wait two days at a different eye doctor. I’m getting the glasses and switching doctors. Not even worth my time. Worst Eye doctor clinic I’ve ever seen

It does not get any better than Agape Eye Care. Great people working as a team to provide the best service. Very wide selection of frames also. This is my 2nd pair of glasses with Agape, and I could not be happier.

I had a pair of eyeglasses made here around 7 years ago when I lived in Malta Luther forest. Gary went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The glasses are still working without issues after these years; and for a comparison, my previous pair (by lenscrafters) had one lens constantly fall off the frame after a while. These glasses I wear every day just reminded me the excellent service and quality of work at Agape.

I found Agape Eye Care to be refreshingly different from the big chain eye care stores. Kathleen was very personable and gave a thorough eye exam. Gary, the optician , was very knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the eye wear, from the frames, to the lenses as well as taking the time to explain insurance. Gary took his time to make sure I was fitted properly. He didn't rush at all. He wasn't trying to up sell anything. He explained all the options available and I decided what fit my budget the best. While this is categorized as a small business, Agape certainly did not lack on brands or selection. If you can't find a pair of glasses that suit you, they probably can't found anywhere. They have numerous designer brands as well as active wear brands. The store itself looks new and has a modern feel to it. The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks which was reassuring during the pandemic. The staff at the desk seemed to be the nicest people you could ever meet. That is something that most businesses have either gotten away from or forgotten. It is nice to actually receive help in a friendly manner and be thanked for your business. I can't tell you how many times I've been in a store and actually thanked the clerk or cashier instead of them thanking me for my business. I don't live near the store but it was well worth the drive. I found Agape to be much better than my local options. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 has been with Agape Eye Care for at least 5 years. We've received quality exams, excellent customer service and minimal wait times both in the waiting room and when scheduling appointments. We always find frames we like and receive our glasses quickly. Gary expertly adjusts them (when they're new and between appointments, if needed). We've been very happy With Agape Eye Care!

Excellent customer service and actual quality care. After years of great vision, navigating the world of eye care can be a challenge. At first, I could not understand why my “shopping” for eye glasses seemed so complicated. Without realizing it, I came to recognize that my goal was to find an office that administered a quality eye exam, offered an extensive frame selection, accommodated my insurance coverage questions, billed properly, and remained available for maintenance issues. I stumbled upon Agape eye care about 7 years ago and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Let’s face it, my goals were high, but having an accurate prescription, with attractive, functional frames, influences everything I do, every day. I drive 45 minutes, each way, to get that great service. Dr Crowe provides an extensive, quality exam and my vision is always well corrected. As a small business owner, Gary goes out of his way, with each and every patient encounter, to provide direction, answer questions, and assist with problem solving. He knows his craft, he’s invested, and most importantly, he cares.

I brought my 8 year old son in for his second pair of glasses. Our first experience at a chain store was not so great. Here Dr. Crowe took the time to go over everything with us and Gary and John helped him find a great pair of glasses. We received them pretty quickly and they are working out great. Would highly recommend Agape to my friends and family. The staff is all so nice and they get to know you and your family and make you feel at home. They also give a nice discount or help get an inexpensive pair of glasses if you can’t afford name brand. You won’t be disappointed if you make the switch!

After many years of going to a large vision care chain, and many years of being dissatisfied with the exams, glasses and service, I was more than ready to try someone new. Everything from start to finish was so much easier at Agape. The exam was very relaxed and thorough, and the dr. very nice. I also can't say enough about Gary. He helped me choose frames that look good on me and helped me pick out sunglasses too. It was always common at the big vision chain for the employees to be looking around at other customers or having conversations with other employees while they were supposed to be fitting frames on me, and I never felt like I had their full attention. But Gary was fully present and very helpful. I never felt like I was a bothersome obligation. Excellent customer service, and I will definitely be back next year!
