Hot fast food within about 15 minutes of pizza. Can be in your hands. And if you're willing to jump on the app or their website in order by the time you get there, you most likely have to wait. Maybe 60 seconds but don't pull in the parking lot and think you're going to order and get something that fast.

Order was delivered short. Driver had to go back and the pizza he brought back was stiff and cold. Never did get a extra item I ordered. Money wasted.

By far the best Pizza Hut pizza, breadsticks and cinnabon rolls that I have had in years. The lady behind the counter was super nice. Will return to this location.

This particular Pizza Hut the pizza wasnt as great as I know Pizza Huts to be. Pizza Hut is usually my favorite of pizza places. Then it might have just been how I ordered my pizza this time. I order thin crust which might have made a difference. It was on the crunchy side. I plan to try it out again to see how their original crust pizza will be, then I will know whether it was because of the crust or that particular Pizza Hut. Every since this post I ordered my pizza at a different location. I get it at the one on Gate City and love their pizza, so again Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place.

I usually love Pizza hut pizza but I got the big box and the pizza was not good. I hate leaving a bad review but I was really expecting a much better pizza. Do not get the big box !!!!

Their pizza is just ok. However, their wings and pasta dishes are wonderful. The portions are generous. They are cooked thoroughly and taste great. I have never been a big fan of their pizza but I totally love this location for everything else!

UPDATE: I'm happy to say that on my most recent visit in 2/2022, everything was superb. The Veggie Lover's Pan pizza that might just be my favorite food, period, never mind my favorite kind of pizza, was perfectly done. The wings and the other pizza in our order were also excellent. It seems like some improvements really have been made. I hope they stick! ORIGINAL REVIEW 11/21: I write this review in place of filling out the survey, since when I went to try, I found out that this location had removed the survey code from the bottom of their receipts--or at least it wasn't on mine. My hope is the manager will take notice of this review and the other similar comments I see for this location and take some steps to improve. Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza chain for 30 years. And I'm glad to say that on my most recent order at this location, the Dinner Box and wings were great. The order sat for 10 minutes after coming out, despite the store not being busy, but I understand that can happen. What wasn't good at all was the Tastemaker, which had two huge flaws: One, it was overbaked to the point of being dark brown. It was stiff like a cracker and had no 'flop' left. And two, as I see mentioned in other reviews, there was 2-3 inches of crust all around the edge. I noticed this before I left the store, and I was disappointed, but my options at that point are limited. I plan to return there, so I don't want to cause a scene. I also don't have 15 minutes to wait around for a replacement, while the rest of my order goes cold. [A side note here about the thickness of crust at this location: On two previous orders at this Spring Garden location, I was actually given pizza that had 4-5 inches of bare crust all around. I kid you not: Only a very small circle at the center had sauce and cheese on it. Both times that happened, I later realized, I had ordered "light sauce." The staff clearly interprets that as meaning a smaller AREA of sauce rather than still covering the whole pizza, but spreading it thinner. That may be kinda funny, but IMO it's really not a reasonable interpretation of that request!] Before moving recently, I ordered for about 10 years at the College Road location and never had any of these issues. I may start going back there, even though it's a bit more of a drive. Or I'll go to Domino's, which now has excellent Pan Pizza where the cheese is meant to go out to the very edge and does every time. However, I'd prefer that the manager of this Spring Garden location institute some improvements, since I love Pizza Hut and it's a drag not to be able to trust that I'll get the quality I'm used to. Thanks for reading.

Something told me to avoid this store just because of the area it was in and I should have listened. I have NEVER received an order so messed up and sloppy from Pizza Hut. Hands down worst location in Greensboro.

The service was fine; the young man that brought out our order was very efficient and friendly. I could not find anything to say that the touchless carryout was a point of disappointment. The issue was the pizza. The crust was undercooked and the edge not covered by the toppings was inedible. I love the "bones" of pizza but I had to leave them on my plate. The second point about the pizza "bones" was they were huge! The toppings lacked reaching the edge by at least one and a half inches. For a large pizza this was a poor representation of your product. By comparison to a large pizza at my local grocer you pizza was dwarfed, nearly null of toppings and not a value or wise expenditure of my money. This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had and without a doubt the worst Pizza Hut product I have ever purchased. What has happened to you?

I love the pizza, but....why have tables if you're going to insist that customers either order online or come to the counter and order. They have menus and fountain drinks, but are clearly too lazy to come out to do table service. Our cup was even broken. This place needs a serious visit from corporate.
