The services was terrible waited over a hour and didn't receive the food or a full refund then the manager which I recorded the entire conversation stated he needed to reach out to another manager how when it's my food my money I want you to fix the situation

Not good. First time here in a few years because of a bad experience the last time. Everything about this Pizza Hut says "cost reduction". Limited staffing. Tables in the dining room are not cleared promptly in part to discourage inside dining. Our carryout pizza was lacking in taste but it was ready very quickly. The crust recipe has changed. They did away with the herb-butter coating around the rim. Worst of all there were too few toppings on what was supposed to be a supreme pizza.

I don’t normally post reviews but more upset about the service than our pizza being wrong. Not only was our order wrong but we were not offered to get our order fixed or changed. The excuse was “we didn’t have the ingredients” even though I told her we would have changed it if we had know. The workers name was my Mary. Overall poor service

Order 2 mediums pizzas last night. When it came they was cold and then on the pepperoni pizza there was only 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. Wings was also cold. Was very disappointed

No Customer Service; walked right past without speaking multiple times and turned her face up in the air. We came from out of town and were extremely disappointed

Customer service was excellent. Food was excellent. We opted to eat in and we made a great decision. Will eat there again and highly recommend you do too!

Kids and I went to dinner. Food was good. The lady at the register and our server was great. Facilities seemed clean and well kept. But I lowered the stars because we went to order drinks and were told we could only get water from the fountain area. The next family must have been told the same thing as they got bottled. Before we left an older couple came in and they had other fountain drinks in their cups. I feel like there is discrimination with kids and I'm not ok with that.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We had a snow storm here and there was some ice on the pavement. They were very concerned for my safety and helped me to my car back. I appreciate they went above and beyond and truly care for their customers.
