We were almost 10 hours from home when our battery light came on. We stopped in for a battery testing, Chase went above and beyond to make sure our ride home went as smoothly as possible, after testing not only the battery and the alternator, he cleaned all our connections and other jargon that I'm honestly not familiar with lol He spent a decent time in the heat and won customers for life. We will make sure to come here for all of our vacation repair needs in the future! What a wonderful example of outstanding customer service! ~Destini

Prior to my appointment, I contacted them on Facebook about getting matching tattoos for me and my best friend. They were very helpful in getting us prepared. The shop was nice and clean with a good atmosphere. Our artist, Alex was very friendly and talented. He worked quickly and our tattoos are lovely. Definitely recommend this place. ~Amanda
DG Market
We are from out of town and realized we needed toilet paper. Got here at 9:54pm thankful we had a place to buy some. The worker was standing at the door and made the gesture of her hand going from side to side in front of her neck and shaking her head....telling us we couldn't come in with 6 min left of the store's "open" hours. We would have been out of the store before 10. Great customer service DG. ~Maria

How rude can one be when talking to a member on the phone and giving them information they should not follow as if you know them personally, I had a very unpleasant experience with a young lady here I'm with Wellcare and she told me member to ignore me and to not listen when she has a refill now I get it her refill may not be due but that's nothing to tell her we are her lively hood just as much as you are. She then went off on me and said we never call about the right prescriptions along with other comments and hung up all while the member was on the line how unprofessional and just down right rude...you are at your job I suggest since you are in customer service you quit because had this happened in person I would have took up for my member at all cost she didn't deserve that disrespect. I will be reaching out to the Manager I'm not even in the area and my blood is boiling. ~Natosha
