How rude can one be when talking to a member on the phone and giving them information they should not follow as if you know them personally, I had a very unpleasant experience with a young lady here I'm with Wellcare and she told me member to ignore me and to not listen when she has a refill now I get it her refill may not be due but that's nothing to tell her we are her lively hood just as much as you are. She then went off on me and said we never call about the right prescriptions along with other comments and hung up all while the member was on the line how unprofessional and just down right rude...you are at your job I suggest since you are in customer service you quit because had this happened in person I would have took up for my member at all cost she didn't deserve that disrespect. I will be reaching out to the Manager I'm not even in the area and my blood is boiling. ~Natosha
