Wendy's
Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I donât know why it takes so long to place an order in the drive through. Spicy chicken wasnât spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkins were the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in the last 2 days. But theyâre really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if the drive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking youâll save time. Even though the line is out to the road (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. Thereâs only 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. Theyâll take one order inside and then go help deliver about 4 orders in the drive thru. Then heâll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do some more drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside were getting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to the counter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you're free on time and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because theyâre busting their behinds working. But the construction workers come here because itâs supposed to be fast food and they have a limited lunch break so I get when tensions are high. Free WiFi (working) inside too. ~Uncle
KFC
The food wasnât good at all. The chicken looked really weird and had a gray spot on a piece. They are supposed to be popcorn chicken. The mashed potatoes and macaroni looked like theyâd been sitting out for awhile like they were old. I wouldnât recommend this KFC unfortunately and I definitely wonât be back.đ ~Ava

Bought a Lexus SC400 from this dealer about a year ago. The salesman was easy to work with and for the most part the listing was truthful. However, there was one glaring problem with the whole thing: C/E light. Running an OBDII scan on a vehicle is one of the simplest things you can do when inspecting a vehicle, and somehow they failed to do that or were hoping I wouldn't. Upon receiving the car and performing the first service on it, I discovered the the C/E light was on, but the bulb was burnt out. The car had code P0420, and I discovered that the bank 2 catalytic converter was clogged and destroyed. This, of course, made the vehicle illegal to drive without purchasing an OEM part for roughly $1300. I understand that you get what you get with a used car, but selling a car that fails an emmisions tests and is illegal to drive is just unacceptable. The staff were very friendly throughout the whole process (although it did take them a few months and multiple phone calls for me to finally receive the title to the vehicle) and the vehicle was in excellent condition as described, so I don't have anything to say there. But I can't leave a good review when I receive a vehicle that fails the absolute bare minimum, being street legal. ~Grayson
Walmart Supercenter
A clean well spaced store. It is kept looking newer despite being an older store. I know the staff is caring and hard working always. I like the extra bit of variety they seem to offer at this location. I did also see the stranger things vegan chicken nuggets that are so very delicious and worthy of a meat eaters critique. I have not tried the pizza by stranger things but hear it is most tasty also. I am sure I will give this store another visit before my stay here is over. ~Lonnie
Walgreens
Houston Levee store in Collierville is far superior to Poplar. They have helped me every time. They have even driven to cordova to get my Rx for me. They call you back when they say they will. They will advocate for you when needed! ~Karee

Walgreens
This review goes to the pharmacy staff and some of the floor staff of this particular store in Collierville. I have been a customer for many years and I am floored by how everyone is so rude and so inconvenienced and has zero patience for the smallest things. I understand our country is in a hard place and so are our businesses. But this is not going to make business any better. Put on a fake face with a smile and pretend you like your customers. ~SHAY
Kroger
Horrible âcustomer serviceâ in the Clicklist department. I was running behind on my pickup today, which has never been an issue here or at any location before, the associates are always polite and accommodating. Today 6/28 at 3:22pm I got a call and the associate rudely asked did I want to cancel my order since I was behind. I informed her that we were running behind, but in the area. To which she replied âThatâs why we have assigned times. You gon have to wait.â OkayyyâŠthatâs a horrible way to treat customers⊠~Ashley216
