Houston Levee store in Collierville is far superior to Poplar. They have helped me every time. They have even driven to cordova to get my Rx for me. They call you back when they say they will. They will advocate for you when needed!

I work here so this is more of an ask for reviews. Let us know how we’re doing in this store and beyond, we would love to hear from you! #wearewalgreens

Yesterday I was needing assistance to find a specific product in the cosmetics department at the Houston Levee store. The consultant, Nita Corbin, was so very helpful. She stopped what she was doing a helped me until we found it and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She even gave me a complimentary bag of coupons and samples. In today’s shopping experiences, we can barely find an employee that will even make eye contact with us. Nita was a breath of fresh air in the world of “service with a smile” and I truly appreciated her efforts.

The staff have always been nice and that is tough at a general public accessible retail job that isn't made any easier with COVID stress. The store is well lit clean inside and out the staff keep my neighborhood drug store a great neighbor to have. Keep it up!

This Walgreens is very close to my house, I am a drug rep. Walgreens does not allow drug reps to come in and talk to pharmacist. Totally understand, however sometimes we offer coupons that patients could use to decrease cost, but I understand the rule. Now the problem, I went into this location because drive through had multiple cars and I needed to get a prescription filled for my daughter’s ear infection. I had my name badge on and was told I had to leave since I was a drug rep. Tried to explain that I was just getting a prescription filled. I was then told I could go outside to the drive through. Will never do business with any Walgreens. They possess a whole new level of stupidity.

Always always have a terrible experience here and im a regular guest being that i stay no more than 3 minutes away. Never greeted always watched while shopping and when spoken to its with an attitude. Never received money or product in hand as ii is given to them treated as if they have some type of title above my own . Just complete disrespect but when i treat them as such everyone is in shock as if they didn't ask for it !

Horrible service. Apparently it takes 5 people to check an ID then tell me they can't sell me beer because it's not me... My friend just had a horrible experience as well. I'll post word for word what he said below. I walked into walgreens and the chick wasn't at the register like she was supposed to be. The manager lady gets me and calls out girls name. .. she walks over with attitude and doesn't say anything...I asked for my two packs of bugler and I proceeded to tell her that a coupon would print out when she scanned the first one and I want to go ahead and use it. .. She gets all "oh naw you can't be using the coupon it prints or during this transaction ".... I replied with I have been buying this for months and have never been told no about using coupon. .. she says "you can't use it, I'll get my district manager to term you why" and calls the manager over. .. Manager walks over and asks what's going on to the chick and then looks at me and says "yes sir, I'm sorry but our policies have changed. ..." I took a deep breath and sighed out loud and said "I'm gonna need you to go ahead and redeem this coupon this time for me, the way I've been treated in this store is appalling. .... the chick pipes up with "IS YOU SERIOUS! ?" And I looked at her and said "yeah, I wasn't greeted accordingly to your stores policy and you have been talking down to me the whole time we have interacted. " then I looked at the manager and said " I'm not blind, I saw your face when you greeted me and you called for her to be back on her register. You watched her walk over here with her attitude and eating a piece of candy" the manager says "yes sir, I'm sorry about your experience and I hope you come back with your business".....
