Ridiculous. Ordered a COVID test for curbside pickup, BUT had to go in the store instead of curbside Nobody should be in the store if they need a COVID test If anyone gets COVID from inside Walgreens, you should be sued for punitive damages

Was notified that my prescription was ready. Went to the location I had given the clinic to pick it up which was Houston Levy and Winchester. When we got there the attendant at the window was very nice when she told us there was no record of the script being filled but she would check on it. The prescription was sent the Houston Levy and Wolf River Boulevard just down the road. The attendant said she would be happy to check to see if they had it in stock and to transfer it to our location and fill it for us if we would like. We said sure and she came back and told us they had it and it will take a few minutes to fill but then they would notify us and we could pick it up in a few minutes. This sounded great. I told my wife I hope she still there and not somebody else so the ball doesn’t get dropped. I’d like to complement her for her attitude. We went to Kroger which was walking distance away and were notified in a few minutes like she said. Went back through the drive-through. The helpful young lady was apparently gone and a new young pharmacist told us that they were unable to fill the old script because they only had five capsules but after those ran out we could come back for a second time and get the rest? I told her just contact the original location and tell them we will come and pick it up. We were probably 15 minutes away but was informed buy this pharmacist that the other pharmacy will be closing in 10 minutes. I asked if they could leave it with someone and she said no they don’t do that. I ask if they would stay there a couple of minutes after the 8 o’clock so I could get my prescription and she said no they leave at exactly 8 o’clock. I think she was still on the phone with them. Her responses were sorry, short and indifferent, as I the customer was trying to find a solution to this problem instead of her. I explain to her that customers want solutions not apologies and that had we known they couldn’t feel the full script we wouldn’t of hung around and waited like we did. Again it was just a short, indifferent, sorry. I was a boss and so was my wife but we are both retired now but customer service was huge for us and incompetence was not tolerated. I ask the young pharmacist do you have a manager? The response was yes we do as she stopped there to just look at me. I was now feeling like a dentist who was pulling teeth! Now getting frustrated and with a tone because of the indifferent attitude I ask, is the manager working? She said no. Again waiting each time I ask, will she be working tomorrow or when is the next working day the Supervisor will be here? She said tomorrow. I ask, can you write their name down and phone number so that I can call them? Was she about to go home too? I don’t know what was going on with the people in the pharmacy this particular evening or should I say this young lady so as not to blame anyone else, but it’s sad to say I’ve had better service at drive-through fast food lines that are known for fouling things up then on this particular trip to this Walgreens And for the record I wanna make this clear, we have probably wrote 30 or more positive comments to all kinds of businesses when the service was good and we love doing it. It is a rarity for us to get critical like I’m doing here. But if anyone at Walgreens iin supervision takes the time to read this then it will be worth the effort and time I have put into this if they correct the situation. My wife and I in our professions (which were different). both live by the quote, “customers don’t want excuses, they want results.” I feel like I was in a restaurant and Ordered a steak and got a burnt hot dog and when I question it to the waiter or waitress they look at me and say, “sorry”. I gave this Walgreens and I guess the other Walgreen’s too for not waiting a couple minutes to help me out on their mistakes 1 Star because I couldn’t mark it lower! I can’t see even given 1 star when I didn’t get my prescription filled and will now be out my time and efforts tomorrow. Get it together Walgreen ‘s.

I stopped into this Walgreens today looking for a specific hard to find toy. Christy helped me find it and purchase it, making sure I earned my points. Christy was so helpful, energetic, polite! Thank you for making a kid happy this Christmas!

Fill out the vaccine form online and schedule an appointment but they refused to give the vaccine. Said did not want to open a fresh vial. Complete waste of time.

My card information was stolen from Houston Texas and used at this store location 6278. The store manager was friendly and said he would try and find the culprits. This is 592 miles from my home

The drive through wait is always ridiculously long. The staff is unapologetically slow and inefficient.

If you need to run an “errand” here, add c7 the amount of time. Incompetent workers that are under paid. Remedial tasks require “supervision”. Pay like Enterprise and hire like Enterprise. Won’t shop here again.

The staff is friendly. And the store is clean. The reason for 2 star rating: pharmacy hours are 9-6. I understand some people don’t care and don’t see it as necessity to have the pharmacy open later. But I’m used to the pharmacy being open until at least 9pm if not midnight. And most pharmacies open at 7 if not earlier.
