This place is so slow I've been waiting over an hour for 12 pills and still no help. Please consider firing old and hiring new employees willing to make a difference. Wish I could give negative stars for sure!!!

This review goes to the pharmacy staff and some of the floor staff of this particular store in Collierville. I have been a customer for many years and I am floored by how everyone is so rude and so inconvenienced and has zero patience for the smallest things. I understand our country is in a hard place and so are our businesses. But this is not going to make business any better. Put on a fake face with a smile and pretend you like your customers.

Slowest service I have ever seen. Lines take a very long time. Customer service isn’t great. Promise to call and don’t. Fail to advocate for you to get drugs shipped from Cordova location. Houston Levee store in Collierville is far superior—> They have helped me every time. They have even driven to cordova to get my Rx for me.

They decided to not fill a medication prescribed 2 days ago because of insurance. Did not call to see if there was another carrier or if it was an out-of-pocket expense, causing huge inconvenience.

I wish I could give this place a zero!. I get here to pick up my prescription only to find a pharmacy tech not wanting to wait on me. One employee was in the hallway on the phone and guess what both clocked in the system went down after me standing in line for 10 minutes being ignored by the girl running drive thru the system comes back up and I have to wait another 20 minutes to get my prescription filled because the person who fills them said she definitely NOT GONNA get her prescription filled now. Because I told them if they are on the clock do your job, If. You don't want to work stay at home. But that's not the case here at Walgreens collierville. Just so disappointing.

Absolutely no respect for people's time, my doctor called in my prescription on the 7th. It is still not ready on the 16th. I called yesterday and was told it would be ready this afternoon. Here it is evening and it's still not ready. I have removed all available prescriptions and switched the service in which I receive them. There is no reason I should have to wait an hour or more for a prescription when they have had this many days. The excuse is no that the person in the pharmacy did not know how to process my prescription. I waited for over an hour tonight for something that I was told yesterday would be ready today, only to be told that they only have half of the prescription.

I have just spent three hours here to get a picture frame and of me and my grandmother, I was told 20 minutes that turned into come back in 10 minutes,into come back in 30 minutes we got really busy into I apologize are you in a rush can you wait a bit longer into well do it for free.while the person that told me 20 minutes at first was trying to tell the cashier that just told me they would do it for free because of the wait, she said to just charge him half price and don’t give him any points even though I have sat away from them the entire time and didn’t make a fuse about anything and stayed out of the way of other customers. I understand everywhere is having trouble with staffing but this is an experience I will never forget and I will not be back.
