Best pharmacy in Collierville, Tennessee (TN) 2025

This review goes to the pharmacy staff and some of the floor staff of this particular store in Collierville. I have been a customer for many years and I am floored by how everyone is so rude and so inconvenienced and has zero patience for the smallest things. I understand our country is in a hard place and so are our businesses. But this is not going to make business any better. Put on a fake face with a smile and pretend you like your customers. ~SHAY

Was trying to be understanding and give them a chance but this is going on two years now. You can call in a prescription that needs to be refilled days in advance and it still won't be ready by the time the automated service (if it decides to work that day) states it will. They claim they are understaffed but we really can't keep using COVID as an excuse. The Memphis/Collierville/Germantown area was not even closed down for a full two weeks when COVID started. Everything's been business as usual so, COVID is no longer an excuse. Whether this location believes it or not, some folks need their meds. Mine are for chronic insomnia. So, despite calling it in way ahead of time, guess I'll just be awake for days until Kroger decides they feel like filling it. 👍🏾 ~Cierra
