This place used to be really good for my company to take lunches (besides the riff raff around!) But not they are out of everything because the employees do not restock anything. Three fourths of the soda machine is out, cold buns and no mayo, ketchup and mustard. Smh

EVERYTIME I come here their coke slurpee doesn’t work. Food tastes like it’s cool hours ago and still sitting out to sell. This is by far one of the worst 7-Eleven in the area. Go somewhere else to spend your money at but stay away from here.

I'll never spend another penny at this 7-11. I have spent hundreds of dollars here, and I'm down to 312 7Rewards points. 500 points are required for a free small coffee. I asked the store manager if I could pay for it later with the 500 points, and he said no. Horrible experience, enough for me to go to other 7-11s. Earlier this morning, I asked a 7-11 employee at a different store, and he said yes.

Kayla Simpson is the best employee I have ever met during my experience at this 7/11 store. I met her tonight and I couldn’t find myself leaving due to her presence. She made my night. She gave me the uppermost respect and attention. Made me laugh over and over and helped me with every single question I had. I truly VALUE her position at this location and so does my family and friends. She truly made a difference in this simple transaction. And that is why I am writing this review. Simply because of her. I am very impressed and I think she has more talent than a cashier. This makes me want to come back and stay in touch. It’s the details that are noticed. And she is noticed by many.

Non stop blasting opera!! All that screechy soprano and the music is really loud!! Walk two extra blocks away to avoid. Why are they using sound warfare; don't they WANT CUSTOMERS???

i am a rewards member. I drove out of way to receive rewards member discount for gas (.11per gal). I planned to use Samsung Pay, but you cannot use this form of payment at the pump. So I went in and paid. Then, I get back out to pump and it does not allow me to enter my phone number to receive gas discount. So, I go back in. The cashier tells me that I have to pay at pump to receive discount. I ask him to reset pump and he tells me he cannot reset pump and I need to pay for gas again and my first purchase will be back on my card in 2 days. This was incorrect info though,. because as I stood there I looked at Samsung pay and my purchase was cancelled. So, he tells me if I want discount to use card at pump. I go back out and use my cashapp debit card, which tells me to "see cashier"... I remembered at that moment that you cannot use cashapp card at pump. So, I pull out a credit card and after all that, I entered my phone number to receive discount and now because I used a credit card- it only gave me .4cents discount per gal. Omg. Did I tell you I had already been to another 7-11 with gas and all their pumps were closed..ugh! Nightmare today for a simple task. 7-11 get your technology updated.Your system is antiquated and you really took the covenience out of paying at the pump today.

The people in the store were amazing and made me a fresh breakfast sandwich. Outside the store, the sidewalk and parking lot had lots of trash everywhere. I sat on a bench in the back of the store and saw a rat climbing down a tree.

Upon pulling into the parking lot you are greeted with the beginning of a Stephen King novel. The only light in the parking lot is those above the gas pumps, which by the way is a hell of a walk away from the building, and the other set of lights is those inside the building. That's it. Everything else is pitch darkness. TONS and I mean a TON of loitering and anywhere near the building smells like an old dirty ashtray. Someone even pulled up shortly after me and waited until I got out of the building to ask me if I had cashapp--sketchiest place I've been to in a long time

Ever since the change of ownership this place has gone downhill. I know the person the previous person is referencing in these reviews and he should not be employed at the store. I had a problem with him today and every time I go in the store. I work with the public and this guy is awful. He wears ear buds in his ears and is on the phone the entire time he is at work. The parking lot is clean, lots of space once you realize there are two sides to building. Easy in and out. Girls are always very friendly when I go in. Daytime. Store clean and organized. Restroom(female) clean.
