I'll never go back if this is the one in Cleveland .we were there before my mom's funeral didn't have much time. Lady would not listen to our orders was a smart aleck,hateful person!!! Our orders were wrong 3 different times and over charged and refused to give us the difference we were owed ... Horrible place do not suggest going there !!!!

I ordery food and when I opened my drink to share with my son it was A ROACH UNDERSTAND MY TOP INSIDE MY DRINK!!!! AND I ordered my food delivery so they put the drink tops on in store not being clean putting tops with dead bugs on it on PEOPLE DRINKS!!!

I checked Google maps and seen that Burger King drive-thru opens at 6a.m. but the very rude manager standing out back told me they don't open until 7a.m. and I can go check the sign. I just wanted a biscuit.

If you are looking for a great experience and a manager who is on her post especially if you are a person of color this is the Burger King to go to. This Burger King is highly professional and their stars are underrated. Best Burger King experience ever. You must see for your self.

I don't know where to begin. This is the worst fast food place in the city. Half the time at night they don't answer the drive thru. Its a dysfunctional high school and everyone seems to be on drugs. Workers'friends are always there slowing down the line. Tonight I was told to stop far before the order window so a worker could talk to her friend at the drive thru. Then as I left a worker had their car parked in the drive thru with lights off. Finally he appeared, walked slowly to his car and left so the cars behind him could leave as well. Are there manages? An owner? The orders are rarely correct and rarely warm. Never go here. It should be shutdown.

They didn’t give me the fries I paid for, they wanted to argue about giving me the drink I paid for, and I ordered a bacon king but got a completely different burger.

Avoid. I dined in for lunch. We ordered 3 kids meals for the littles with 3 different drinks. The guy running front cash dgaf. They plated 3 juices and I didn't argue. I just went back out to the car to get a sprite and one little thing 2 juices instead of milk and she was happy with it. The fries were way overdone The burgers were made poorly: sobbing wet from the lettuce presumably and the tomatoes just fell off. Tea wasn't out in the dining room. They don't have enough parking for the number of tables they have. Add to all that it seems to not be in a good area of town. There were multiple vagrants loitering outside.

Always good food! Drive thru is extremely busy BUT FAST! The girls at the drive thru window are always friendly and thorough and my order is always right! The only disadvantage to this location is pulling out of the drive into traffic. You have to be alert!

always nice and a good clean up guy he was cleaning bathroom i have worked with the guy before porter is his name i say he is valuble worker if more were like him the work force would be better he takes pride in his job no matter where he works
