I visited the store on 10/24/2022 around 6:30p.m. The young ladies at the register was very nice and answered my questions. The manager on the other hand is rude and needs a refresher course on how to talk to employees, while in the presence of customers, and customer service. I will never visit this location again.

I normally enjoy coming to this location except for the fact of the young man with the blonde hair who is EXTREMELY rude it doesn’t make any sence for a person to act the way that he does ... he talks down on his coworkers thinking that us customers will come to him vs his co workers but the work alone speaks for itself so I prefer to go to the other co workers than him he is definitely not a team player seeks attention and not in the good way either .... I believe his name is Lamar I don’t think anyone who conducts themselves like he does should be anywhere near customer service ...... ulta is a amazing company must do better with choice of employees

My go to place for all things beauty!!! Makeup, perfume, hair products, & self tanner. Everyone is so helpful ! I like that there are always a number of sales associates walking about to help you if you need. You don’t have to hunt down anyone! Lol! Prices go from high end to low drug store prices! Love it!!!! ❤️

Customer service was horrible! They looked at us like we we're going too steal so I grabbed the manger asked her for help! And she didn't even know her ABC's! Please ownership if you wanna sell your product? Don't hire an airhead that knows nothing wasted time! I'll never buy from that store again lost a gold member! I rather deal with Perfumania in the Boynton Beach Mall they're very helpful and they'll take their time to assist you with the best cologne you're looking for for men and pretty sure for women as well.

I rarely have any issues finding the product I need, the sales associates are always really helpful, and I think the credit card and occasional deals help ease my wallet's suffering when I make my rounds there.

Always go to this ulta everyone is always so helpful and kind! ALWAYS!!!!! today Lamar helped me pick out a few lipsticks and a couple other things and I couldn’t have had a better experience ❤️

HAIR SALON - ASK FOR LINDSAY! This review is referencing the whole store and the salon, but I really can't recommend this girl any more highly. She does exactly what I want every time and I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis. This store and salon are run excellently. I walk in the door and go all the way to the back to get my hair done and every time I visit I am greeted with a smile and continue receiving welcoming smiles all the way to the back of the store. I feel like every person here is ready to eager to help you with anything beauty. It makes it fun!

I called at the last minute to schedule for a brow bar appointment and Donna answered. She was incredibly helpful over the phone and even more in person! She helped me find where I was supposed to go and even advised on some of her favorite brands when she passed me later perusing the clean scents. She made me feel less anxious and overwhelmed. Donna if you see this, thank you for all of your kindness!
