What a nightmare! Never shop this store or location again. Shame on Bath & Body Works for stealing from customers and double dipping in their profits. Two days after Christmas, they're devaluing the gifts people bought their loved ones. Stop being so greedy! I'll stick to Victoria's Secret for all of my bath and body products and Yankee Candle plus Scentsy...for all my candle needs.

This is by far the best Bath and Body Works I’ve been to, and in general, one of the most well-run stores I’ve ever been to. Rose was the person who helped me in the store. She is literally the most helpful person/employee I have ever dealt with in my life. I’ve been to this store twice now. The first time was a month ago, that’s when I met her. I just went back now, a month later, and she remembered my face, name, and even the scents I tested a month ago! She was so helpful and helped me pick out a perfect gift for my fiancé and mother. She’s awesome, and I could not possibly be happier with my experience!

Most stores if not every store is set up alike. Customer service is great, staff very friendly amd welcoming handing out bags at the entry to make the shopping easier. Holiday shopping can be little time consuming despite all registries being open check out can require a few minutes. Always happy going back.

I always love coming here. My wallet does not. Thankfully, they sometimes have unbelievably great deals (like when I happened to walk in last Saturday to a $3.95 per bottle of body lotion deal when its normally 13.50-14.50 ea).

Always a pleasant and scented experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not a bad wait to check out and there was plenty of selection available. Store is fairly clean but the signage for entering and exiting on the floors (COVID precautions) are mostly ignored and just detract from the appearance of the store since they aren't "in-use".
