Trying to print out a document for school that I needed for tonight and I get a confirmation to pick it up. I go in, the lady in photo is trying to find it, some guy walks up to me and says “oh, yeah no it’s not here because our printer isn’t working. Like you see it on the computer it’s not a fulfilled order.” Then why would I get a confirmation? He was so rude and u helpful.

Tried to call to ask a question about PCR testing. Person kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold for over an hour. So I walked to Walgreens, as I waited for the completed get done joking around, the woman finally asks what I need and tells me to call Walgreens as she can’t do anything IN THE STORE. What?!?!?!

Flora in the pharmacy was amazing. She had me in and out in 5 min. Smiles, great customer service. Robert up front was a totally different story. What a waste of space.i got 2-12 packs of soda after looking at the wrong sign.(2 for 7.99) Did Robert mention anything? Nope he rang them in 2 for 16 bucks. That's not the issue, the issue was they were 3-12 packs for 10.99. Yeah, 2 for 16 or 2 for 10.99. I hate people that intentionally try and rip you off. This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with. If it wasn’t for my insurance I would never deal with any Walgreens PERIOD! But this one by far is the very worst. I requested a refill on one of scripts. I got a few calls (I’d say 3) of them saying they had to contact my provider for a refill and nothing after that. I called today to check on it bc Ive been out of it and they said “you have no more refills” and I explained to them I was under the impression they were contacting my doctor bc that’s what was said the many times they called me. He then says “best thing you can do is contact your doctor yourself” WHAT?! Then don’t tell me you are already doing that THREE DIFF TIMES!

Absolutely avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacist (name starts with R) is an horrible, rude person that should not have that job. After months of my prescriptions being 3 weeks to a month late the pharmacist had the nerve to tell me "I'm not doing this every time" and treat me like a criminal because I asked for clarification about what's wrong with my medication. I had never spoken with this pharmacist prior to this day.... Being told your prescription (that is necessary to your well being, that's why its prescribed by a doctor) is on backorder FOR MONTHS, and they do NOT do anything to help. Shows the type of business they run. Just trying to rack up insurance money...

Rosemary is Awesome!! I love the caring personal service she gives. She is professional, helpful and very efficient. I've never had such a good experience with a Costumer Service like that in any other store. Rosemary and Tom are the best!!Thank you for such great help at the time that I needed the most🙏😊

One of the cleanest, well stocked Walgreens’s I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly especially given where they are located. Definitely will return.

What a pleasant surprise to see that a Labcorp just opened at this Walgreens. The whole lab experience was great! The check in was quick, there was no wait time, the facility was clean, and the lab manager was courteous and efficient. A great addition to the neighborhood.

Don't bother calling. They just know how to use the Hold button because they are 'too busy' for people who are disabled and unable to leave their home so they can only call to communicate, talk about discrimination- this pharmacy has it all from what I've heard as I've only witnessed from my wheelchair the otrocoticies that ho on there. Please someone hire some staff or at least be kind. The rudeness and serious lack of empathy is disgusting 😑 and sad, and the customers outrage is coming off the energy of all the negativity thats behind the counter. The store has nice folks, but that pharmacy is full of negativity and a few nice ones really trying to better the place (a few) unfortunately it rolls down from the top and when I saw that it was shown, from the top, to put the phone on Neverending HOLD I knew there was a lack of care for disabled folks like myself. So what am I to do now?....
