The older lady with the long braids is EXTREMELY rude. This location is literally 30 seconds away from my house but I will never return here. I went to the one in the Quince shopping center after she barked at me about my parking then told my girlfriend the bill paying system was down.

The new owners crooked and wouldn't record this sleezeball to anyone. Sold a phone w a bar on it wouldn't even replaceme it after 2 hrs of non use.

My phone ringer was off but I keep it off for the sake of forgetting once I go to class...some Professor's don't play oh yeah I forgot to turn it off..The sales clerk helped out and I was able to hear a recorded message my Doctor sent me a few days ago..Thank you Metro Mobile .. really appreciate that sooooo much.😊
