I have been with metropcs for a lil over a year. I have been trying to get an update for about 3 or 4 months now. I've been to 3 different stores and all of them were telling me "Oh your not eligible for the upgrade", but when I would call customer service they said I am. So today I went to this store. I had no problems what so ever. I love this store they really work with you and you and tell they care about their customers. I would highly recommend if you are a metro custom that you go to this store for all your phone need.

Online hours show open until 10 but they locked door as I was walking up at. 7:30 I said online says 10:00 as they actually laughed at me 5 other stores closed early as well if you're hours are not correct it's waste of time for customers that assume they are
