7 Best cell phone store in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

I have been with metropcs for a lil over a year. I have been trying to get an update for about 3 or 4 months now. I've been to 3 different stores and all of them were telling me "Oh your not eligible for the upgrade", but when I would call customer service they said I am. So today I went to this store. I had no problems what so ever. I love this store they really work with you and you and tell they care about their customers. I would highly recommend if you are a metro custom that you go to this store for all your phone need. ~Zakiyyah

Saboor had the absolute best customer service!!! He was friendly and gave me information on my new phone. He even broke down info about each plain and which one I should pick. ~Flowers

Costumer service LOL don't go to this place OMG Bad Bad Bad!!!!!!! I will NEVER go here again. Go to a T Mobile store. This place is NOT a T Mobile and will not help you. Had to call and complain to T Mobile about this location. ~Philip

I walked in boost Mobile in the hood on Bellevue and McLemore to buy wireless headset surprised to see how they are robbing us salesperson quoted me a price of 34.99 plus tax for Samsung him 1950, that was more than I wanted to pay so I stepped right across the street to Cricket and ask price of same headset salesperson told me 29.99 plus tax, so I bought them then went back across the street to see if I heard him right salesperson again said 35.99 plus tax, I showed him receipt for 19.99 and told him I would be doing this review. Go to Germantown to over charge come on now we're shopping with boost at least be competitive so I will post on Facebook like scandal with Gary Market stopping taking our hard earn money just because .so we have to stand together against these business that think they don't need our dollars .Blacks makes the least and spend the most, just ask the owner of Gary Market Memphis,tn ~Michelle

I wish I would have gotten the employees name who took care of me but I didn't... The MetroPCS on Perkins near American Way had a PHENOMENALLY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING sales staff this past Tuesday afternoon (I was there between 1 & 2pm) a lot of times that phone stores I have felt like the salesperson did not have me in their best interest. Instead it was blatantly obvious they're concern was solely on making a sale regardless of whether or not the product was the right fit for the customer or even a good product but this was not the case with the staff at MetroPCS when I got an upgrade yesterday afternoon !!!! ~Alison
