It is time for our annual high dose flu shot and being CVS customers, we get in the car and go. The store is almost empty with 1 person waiting at the pharmacy. I tell the young lady at the counter what we want. She asked if we have an appointment. I said no, it’s a flu shot! She had to speak with her pharmacist, who told her we had to go home and make appointments. The sign says APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDED, not NECESSARY, I say to the young lady. She told me if the pharmacist is too busy, she can turn people away. My husband is 90 and walks with a cane. Not easy to get in and out of the car. Where is COMPASSION? Seniors should be respected and accompanied. So we went into the car, drove to Walgreen’s, and got our flu shots. Shame on you, CVS store on Jog Road in Boynton Beach FL!

They don't say that the pharmacy closes for lunch on Google maps or their website. In fact, the app says I can express pick up right now. They close for lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I guess they all have to take their lunch break at the same time. Just be aware the opening times on their website and Google maps are not correct. It would be nice to know this before making a trip to the store.

At 10am today my Dr. Electronically sent a prescription to this cvs. I did not hear from cvs at all. At 6pm, I went there looking for my medicine. They didn't have anything. I asked why, as I saw my Dr. Transmitted the rx. The pharmacist checked a computer and told me my insurance didn't cover the drug. I ASKED WHY WASNT I CALLED. The response: "I don't know" Now of course the dr. Office is closed and I have no medicine. VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SUCK

Obviously, there are staff here in the Pharmacy that do not thoroughly pay attention to the information that is presented to them as my appointment was canceled twice for the vaccination because my daughter and I share the same name. LOOK AT BIRTHDATES, and all of the differences of the insurance ID cards. This is not brain surgery. It’s scary to know that there are people in the pharmacy who are not paying attention! I’m blown away that you cannot figure this out! This is a new age people! Fathers are not the only people on the planet who name their kids after themselves! Pay attention!

We have been customers with CVS for decades. Over the past few weeks, at the Boynton Beach store 7919 they discontinued entirely cash register service at the front of the store and do not accept, other than for the Pharmacy, cash register service at the rear of the store. They insist that you use the self service machines which often do not work properly. You then must wait for help which is not usually available. I will be calling customer service to explain that this system is not working and at least in this senior community they will be loosing business. The competition like Public’s now has much better customer service. Wondering if this policy is nationwide?

Avoid this location, old lady with short hair is such and bad unhappy worker. If you don’t like what you’re doing quit! But don’t give clients attitude for no reason. You’re not doing anybody a favor by working there.

This pharmacy used to be good but they have a new pharmacist that is RUDE. I don't like her or this pharmacy anymore for this reason and have changed to a different one.

Stay away from the low pay worker Amanda!! She is such a racist. But karma will have her way 😁. I don't shop here any longer because of her, and I told my whole community to stay away. She looks like a red beet lol. Oh and pharmacy has such rude techs here.. my advice to them find another job, if you hate it! Bye bye cvs already reported this site to corporate.
