Paloma was very helpful and assisted with getting our phone arranged..DO NOT GO TO THE METRO BY SUNLAND PARK DRIVE AS THEY DID NOT KNOW NOR DID THEY WANT TO TRY TO HELP US WITH OUR PHONE.PLAN!

T- mobile there internet is very slow and I went out of town lost signal I should of stood with metro I never had problems very disappointed with t-mobile 😒

I went to get a upgrade and Scotty was extremely helpful, i love metro but if your going to get new service or need extras on your phone plan, visit this location by far one of the best associates I've even came across. Thank you.

I'm a new Metro by T-Mobile customer for the simple fact that I called this store and I received the best customer service over the phone!!! The gentleman not knowing who I was treated me kindly and was very informative. Later I went in person and the environment was great. They wanted to help and not sell. Love this store!!!
