If I could give a zero star I would do it,There’s a guy name Bobby and he is horrible zero customer service skills ,always on a bad mood and if you have questions he doesn’t answer them,I live 5 minutes from this Verizon retailer and I stopped going because of him ,now I go to the one on Zaragoza and unfortunately he is there with the same nasty attitude,corporate should do something with him he is horrible and make my Verizon experience awful.

Worst place ever! They just changed my plan without concent and they charge for services done for free at a corporate store. He did not disclose these charges after the fact. WORST customer service ever. Not only would I NOT recommend this location but I might cut off this service all together.

Customer service was horrible the manager is always on his Taking personal phone calls. I just had a couple of questions but seemed bothered (this happened twice). I’d rather drive to the Eastside next time and hopefully get better service. I don’t even want to give this place a star but in order to post I have to.

First of all, the customer service from your staff was sparkling. They went thru all the best options for us, they showed us all different phones according to our demand. A Guy named Rafa went far and beyond, to provide us with excellent service.
