The fast food experience not really hard but the attitude of the employees is horrible but the new management seems to be changing that.

I went to get a fish sandwich today the cashier was very nice ,but the lady with the yellow and black weave tracks,with the side shaved off was the worst and she made a statement for Jesus to help her he needs too all that loud talking and calling out was hood too death and she was rude rather I spent 8 dollars or 80 she had the young man drop three trays of fries and got mad with the cashier because I wanted fresh ones and they still were cold she didn't know who I was could have been a secret shopper the owner or anyone its been a while since I have been to this burger King and it will be an even longer time next time hire better people, train them better and tell her to keep asking Jesus to help her with her nasty self!!!!!!

Horrible service. Did not make my order correctly. And the staff was to engaged with talking about things from social media that my order plus the two guys behind me orders took over ten minutes to get. Two customers walked out because it was taking so long.

Fish sandwich was burnt & fries were cold. Not Uber’s fault. The fish sandwich was still hot.

I come here every Tuesday and Thursday for lunch, every time I come through I get told to wait for my order to be taken, always end up waiting for a long time , last time I waited for 6 minutes just to get my order taken. After waiting at the speaker for the entirety of Bohemian Rhapsody, i ordered my one sandwich I get, turn the corner and there’s no cars there, they already served everyone ahead of me and waited after that. I was waiting on nothing. Horrible service. If there were more places to eat near the school, I would not be ordering here ever again. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every single week. I’m done playing nice to this Burger King, you give me attitude and you’ll get it right back. Do your job right. It’s not that hard to be a decent human being. Sincerely, a fellow fast food worker Edit a few weeks later: I ordered the usual. Through the mobile app so that they don’t mess it up again right? Wrong. I had to come inside. The drive through was NOT closed off, no signs of it being closed, leaving you to drive up to the speaker, just to get told in the rudest manner ever, the only words are “you have to come inside” So I go inside to get my food. chicken sandwich, plain, noting on it. No mayo, lettuce, nothing. I showed my boyfriend as I was ordering on the app and said “look. No mayo, no lettuce. Just plain” and guess what. As I’m about to walk out I decide, let’s check the food first. My sandwich has mayo, like I specifically requested IN THE APP for none. I come back to the counter and tell them, and the lady blames it on me. She said “no honey you gotta pay attention to what you mark on the app. You didn’t mark no mayo” Yeah. I did. I even offered to show her my recent orders, where it says exactly everything we got, including no mayo. And she refused the offer, just because it proved me right. If your system doesn’t show the “no mayo” when you mark it on the app, fix it, and don’t blame the customer?? It’s not MY fault. It’s YALLS. I haven’t been to this Burger King since. McDonalds right across the bridge is SO much nicer and they don’t mess up orders every single time. If you’re reading this looking for some quick food, take the extra few minutes to go to McDonald’s on Hixon Pike. They have worse reviews for some reason but I have never had a problem there, and about 80-90% of the people working there are actually nice and good human beings, unlike this Burger King. I hope this Burger King loses enough business and shuts down, if they had a restaurant in hell, I think this Burger King specifically would be the one lol

Ordered 2 rodeo burgers and the onion rings was like a rock take it back and the girl says what u want 2 more burgers like ughhh yea duhhh with onion rings that want break my teeth SMH

Order was wrong 5 out of 6 times in the past couple of months. Even after I went over it with them several times. The burgers are half way hanging off the bun, cheese all on the wrapper and no mayo or anything. Order it plain and they put everything on it... Well mostly inside the wrapper. Even got it with the bun together and the meat and condiments on top of both buns.

I stopped in to get some lunch and the lobby was locked. As a truck driver I had no other option but to walk around to the drive thru. The guy at the window said he couldn’t serve me until there was no cars in the drive thru. With the steady flow of cars coming thru it would never be “clear”. You won’t have to worry about me ever stopping here again. I’ll gladly walk across the street to Ricko’s.

Horrible service and staff the drive threw is always backed up and ppl constantly driving off they will take a order and won't take the next one till that drives up . Pays and drives off . The order is always wrong they always forget something. Then get mad when you ask about it or correct it.

If I were the owner, when I walked into the building, I would have fired the front line staff. Service horrible. Cleanliness horrible. I asked that they make everything fresh, didn't get it. I was charged $0.20 for extra pickle and they were all stacked on top of each other. Absolutely the last time that I will eat food from a Burger King. I walked out wishing I could un-eat that meal.
