At the time I went was early morning before they opened up. And I was the first in while the lady helped me with friendliness and I was able to get an upgraded phone to replace my old one. She helped me with processing my old files and stuff from my old phone to the new one! I was thankful for the help.

It looked like a solid booked day for entire staff and the staff definitely kept the flow moving therefore, my wait wasn't long. Deanna was able to help us with a sim card issue. We were in a pinch because we were having issues with the account login as well as Sprint to Tmobile issues. She went above and beyond to make sure we could resolve the issue today. We felt we received amazing attention as customers

I went into T-Mobile to add a line for my son. JayTee J took care of me during this time and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a mobile phone store. JayTee made sure we had everything we needed to get our line set up and to protect my son’s phone. He gave great direction on ways to set my son’s phone up and great recommendations for accessories. I absolutely recommend seeing him when you go to this location!

I went in with my kids today(06/07/2021) and Octavia and two other guys that were working there in the evening were super nice to me and my kids. They made us feel so welcomed. They turned on a movie for the kids to keep them occupied while we worked on getting 3 lines for me. Never were bugged by all my kids everywhere lol. Seriously if y’all read this, y’all are THE BEST!! Keep doing what you’re doing. I wish all customer service/ people were as awesome as y’all are. Blessings to y’all❤️

I have to say that I have not been happier with a store before. I visited this store on a Saturday and I thought it would be a bad experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager, Julianna! She told me about the wait time, 20 min, I'm glad I waited. While waiting I noticed how all employees were constantly cleaning their area, smiling and greeting people. Everyone was so nice even with a super busy store. They were also very nice to each other, the other manager kept checking on the staff. They all also made sure EVERYONE was wearing a mask, that made me feel completely safe there. I then was then helped by the lady named Shacole, she was extremely helpful and kind. I loved the staff and the atmosphere. I will send everyone I know there! You guys probably don't hear it enough, but thank you for being so awesome!

The repair technicians at this store have saved me i think some where between 3-5 times. I have a s10+ and work in construction which I have had to replace the screen some where between 3-5 times. They've always got my phone back to me within 2 hours of dropping it off. They are great!!!!! Now I do have to wait somewhere between 15-40 minutes to meet with a salesperson to be checked in and then wait until they are able to get me to the counter and set up the repair ticket. But the repair technicians are awesome great job guys. I am really appreciative of yall.

Last 4 times I’ve come here I’ve had to help myself I’m sitting on there phone alone at a desk helping myself for 2 hours...if we have been here long enough for a child to have fun have a fit and then fall asleep on a desk as sit on there phone cuz I couldn’t hand it back to them they walked away an hour ago

I had a good experience at this store. I had to drive 30 miles to get here. The screen on my cellphone was cracked and this was the only store around me that could fix it. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took the technician 30 minutes to replace my screen. Everyone greeted me and was super professional. Everyone wore facial masks and had a must wear mask to enter sign on the door. I felt safe. I definitely recommend this store. God bless.
