Best cell phone store in Hiram, Georgia (GA) 2024

This acknowledgment is for Mobil Expert Cory A., at Store 2SEZ in Hiram, Ga., during my visit I was greeted with a pleasant welcoming after entering. It looked like a solid booked day for entire staff and the staff definitely kept the flow moving therefore, my wait wasn't long. I was assisted by Cory A., who was very pleasant and professionally knowledgeable and he was attentive to his customers reason for their visit. I was pleased and my concern was taken care of promptly by Expert Cory therefore, I left as an appreciated T-Mobile customer. Worst experience ever. Switched from another company to Verizon. Have been without a my cell for 2 days. Spend those 2 days on calls to Verizon to fix issue. Finally went into the Hiram store and floored that they passed the issue onto the tech support on the phone. They didn't even try to help. Just called someone to talk with me. So I stood in store talking on the phone and being pushed to the side. Absolutley useless. ~Shop
