Worst experience ever. Switched from another company to Verizon. Have been without a my cell for 2 days. Spend those 2 days on calls to Verizon to fix issue. Finally went into the Hiram store and floored that they passed the issue onto the tech support on the phone. They didn't even try to help. Just called someone to talk with me. So I stood in store talking on the phone and being pushed to the side. Absolutley useless. ~Shop
