Worst experience ever. Switched from another company to Verizon. Have been without a my cell for 2 days. Spend those 2 days on calls to Verizon to fix issue. Finally went into the Hiram store and floored that they passed the issue onto the tech support on the phone. They didn't even try to help. Just called someone to talk with me. So I stood in store talking on the phone and being pushed to the side. Absolutley useless.

I had about 4 different issues from my 11 year old being the account manager to a cracked phone I had to upgrade and I got them all addressed at once. The store was busy but we didn’t wait long. I feel this place is pretty well managed compared to the idiot at Acworth who put my kid in charge of the account. Thanks to Emani I was all set!

Go see Malik!! I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years as has my fiancé. We wanted to combine our accounts. Malik walked us through every step and was very helpful, sharing tips along the way. Super patient with people that are not that tech savvy, he is an asset to Verizon! I highly recommend Malik for your future Verizon needs!!

After 48 minutes of being on hold I got transferred to another rep who had no clue what I needed. I was transferred so that an in store appointment could be made. The rep asked me to hold for a moment then hung up. Great way to treat a potential new customer. Guess I’ll give AT&T a shot.

Have used this store for years. Went for a new phone and felt like I was being attacked at a used car lot. Someone, I'm assuming the manager because she kept CRASHING the sale, would interrupt the salesperson, throw in her two cents, and pressure pressure to close the deal when they did not have what I wanted. I went up the road to a Verizon authorized retailer and was treated like a valued customer. Never again do I plan to enter the snake pet but will go where customers are appreciated.

I am giving this location 5 stars because the sales rep and the manager both were very polite and professional. They helped me in making the correct decisions and to get the best discounts and promotions available when starting service with Verizon. If anyone ever has any problems they need taken care of I highly recommend going to this store. I do not recommend calling the customer service 800 number because you will not get anywhere and they will in the end hang up on you. The Hiam store is by far the best option for any and all Verizon needs.

I was greeted promptly by Khorey, who gave me his full attention in answering my questions and providing me with information relevant to my needs. I was surprisingly pleased with the service I received. While making me feel valued, Khorey was also able to field questions and give assistance to other customers and staff. Well done!

HORRIBLE customer service. I stopped by and waited in my car as instructed. Two employees acknowledged my arrival and headed towards the front door. It was obvious that they were in a deep conversation and unfortunately my business wasn't good enough for them to stop talking. They walked to the front door and stopped to finish talking. 6 minutes goes by and they are still having a conversation. I put my car in reverse and drove off. I guess me purchasing a Note 20 wasn't good enough for them to pause the conversation for a customer. After leaving I tried calling the store to let the manager know but due to covid-19 you can't get to an agent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I really hope those guys stumble on this post. 09/19/2020
