JUNIOR IS THE BEST, HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF ALL DEVICES AND I WOUKDNT TRUST ANYONE ELSE TO HELP ME. HE HELPED ME TRANSFER EVERYTHING FROM ONE PHONE TO ANOTHER, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN HE IS THE BEST..HE IS AWESOME!

Sold my husband and I two BAD One Plus phones that started having issues immediately in February 2021. Junior claimed they were great phones! Will never buy "off brand" again. Even sold a charger with a short..smh.went back and wouldn't take the products..

This authorized dealer for Metro by T-Mobile is by far some of the best customer service I have ever had. The associate that helped me name is Junior and he is totally awesome. I'm posting a day late because today makes my second time going. I'm going through identity crisis and had to get a new phone yesterday which Junior was there for each and every one of my needs and questions. He set me up with a new phone that has my favorite color more RAM for me to do my music as well as binge watch my shows or whatever else I decided to do it one time as well as have enough storage space to even store these things on my phone. But just wait not only did I get that I also was provided a awesome deal in which I was able to get screen protector phone case for a very reasonable price. On today's visit I had to yet again have my new phone basically restarted and reset it so that way I have access to everything I need on my phone because again somehow I was hacked. Even though I stayed up there a very long time today being that I just bought this phone yesterday, Junior was very patient with me and made sure that by the time I left I was completely satisfied with my phone and able to use it to his full capacity and for the money that I paid. Honestly I can continue writing about how awesome Junior was as well as this Metro location and I definitely would refer to anyone that's looking to upgrade trade in or switch to Metro by T-Mobile but I feel as though I will end up writing a whole novel on this post. Jr. The manager is a life saver. My phone was completely shatter, were I wasn't able to get into my phone. Suprisely he was able to give me a whole new phone, low price and switch everything from old phone to new, text messages, photos and all my apps. Thank you Jr.

JUNIOR IS AWESOME!!! I can't put into words how kind he is on top of his excellent customer service! I had major issues with my phone and ge did everything within his power to resolve the issue himself, and when the phone couldn't be fixed after hours if his help he made sure that I had a new phone sent out ASAP and spent even more time transferring data to make sure I had everything I needed! Top notch, I will NEVER go to another Metro Pcs. He is honest and reliable! Earned my respect and business.

Ab Fab Sales Assoc. named, Jr, was very informative regarding phones: about transfering service from one phone to another, certain fees, the benefits of going into the store vs. buying online, phone upgrades in-store will give you, at least, $60+, and other questions! My family Will Most Definitely go back to this store when Jr is working!!!
