I have been a loyal customer for at least 20 years now, and I'm highly digusted with your location on Merchants Dr. in Dallas. Rude employees, customer service is horrible and nobody could help me out with my problem. They told me "There is nothing we can do for you" That really gets under my skin when your company tells a 20 year customer that. There needs to be some kindness and respectfulness at all your locations and by the way the corporate store was a little helpful, but still didn't take.careof the problem.

came in for a upgrade with my aunt today . when we walked in there was no type of greeting or any “how can i help you today” . there were 2 associates there , 1 was a black girl with pink and black braids , the other was an asian/philippino girl with glasses and a septum & nose ring . both of the associates were very rude and had a don’t care , smart allic attitude . the cleaniness of the store is not kept up at all and there is a very bad smell . i do not recommend coming to this location .

The girl Naomy is the worst seller ever! She needs not to be manager. This store has a very low percentage of sales. Beware this lady hides phones so you can not purchase them. She saves them for her friends and family smh. She will send you on a wild goose chase. Do not shop here!

This is an awesome place to shop. The manager, Naomi is awesome. She has a very wide selection of phones at great prices. Her employees are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this Metro PCS store over others. The service is worth your business.

Purchased a charger for my car. Got home and my son had one for me. Tried to return it the next day and was told no returns. My reciept did not state that nor were tvthe any post available for customers to see! I was told they were in brochures. The gentleman went to the back counter and pulled a store policy out to give me. It would have been nice to have this at time .of purchase.

The worst metro pcs store I have ever been in. They were all either browsing on their phones and the lady helping me was literally on the phone on a personal call with someone else while ringing me up. They kept the packaging for my phone case and screen protector and insisted they are required to put those on the phone, this is my 4th phone with metro and no one has required this before. I had to remove the screen protector because of long under the protector along with air bubbles. If you require that an associate puts on the protectors at least know how to do it correctly. I should have just went to the store in Hiram.

Told me the Galaxy S7 and the galaxy j7 were exactly the same except the s7 was waterproof, and also told me that the j7 would be compatible with the oculus vr headset. This is obviously a lie as the j7 does not have a gyroscope. This lie caused me to spend about 50 to 100 bucks more than I planned, or was really willing to spend. I am happy with the phone in general, however am extremely upset that I was lied to so they could sell a more expensive phone. Knowing what I know about it now I would have saved 100 bucks and gotten something more practical and cheaper.

Brought my own phone to get a SIM card and phone number, they did have the SIM card but they setup my account with a different plan then I agreed to and then also added on services I didn't ask for. Then to top it off they didn't configure my phone to get on the MetroPCS network. Fortunately I was able to call MetroPCS and they were able to fix everything but I won't be going back to this location again for assistance.
