We waited 20 minutes. The drive through menu light was off it was dark out side they never said we apologize for the wait not did offer anything out of courtesy for are wait,time customer service sucked.

The food was ok . Food could have been warmer . I went at night so maybe it wasn’t because it was close to closing time . There was a long line and we got through the line fairly quickly .

This Wendy’s shows that they open at 8 am on Sundays. After waiting at the speaker for several minutes starting at 8:30, I drove up to the window and there wasn’t one person up front. There was no sign on the window or any indication that they weren’t open yet. I called the restaurant and someone told me they would be opening at 9 because they were “running late today”. A simple handwritten sign would have been nice. This is just further evidence of the decrease in quality of my experiences at Wendy’s the last few years. I give up.

Do not go here Unless you want half your order forgotten at the window. I had to repeat myself no less than 7 times for them to even remember what I had ordered. Then when I was getting ready to go and they had assured me everything was there I checked and half my order was missing. The lobby is not open so my dad has to go stand by the drive threw window to get our order completed because the line was so backed up. The lady at the window was nice, but It was obvios she was not very organized. She couldnt remember we had passed by even though we had literally just passed only two cars before. She has forgotten to give us our receipt, even after asking for it too. Then when we got our order “fixed” we were still missing a couple things and then we went back to check again and the things we thought we had gotten right weren’t even what we ordered! Just an all around bad experience. If you come here for breakfast beware!

The restaurant located off of 61 and 278 in Dallas Georgia across from Kroger is the best Wendy’s in our area. The staff is always professional. The staff always have a smile and are always ready to serve. I’m not sure who the manager was on duty last night which was August 18, 2022, but she is ahhhmazing. I went in about 5 o’clock ish, in the drive-through, and I fell in love with her and the staff. They are rock stars! Prime example of what everyone expects from someone who serves our community. Kudos to you all.

Wendy’s is my favorite restaurant but I’m going to Hiram if I order in the evening from now on. The closing staff is the absolute worst. They are extremely slow and rude. I understand that fast food restaurants are understaffed but these workers truly don’t care. If they are this careless at the menu and windows, I can’t imagine how poorly the kitchen is run. Good luck to this location and any of the customers that go here.

Food is great. Service is great, but they have consistent problems with their card readers. I watched several cars drive away without their food because it was down. Not good for repeat business. I hope their manager takes that for action and fixes the problem. I don't like standing at the counter for 13 minutes trying to pay for my food.

Fries were cold. Nuggets were cold and chewy. The burger bun was completely soggy. Absolutely my worst experience with Wendy's ever! I will never be back to this location! Oh...and let's not forget that I was made to feel like a nag for asking to have my fries replaced. (The fries were all I tried before leaving the parking lot).

Pink chicken and a pink burger. It was a little busy, I’ll give them that. But the middle of the burger was COLD. One more bite into that chicken and it’s basically raw. Update: I have food poisoning now. Woke up at 4 am and have been puking, among other things, for hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t even try it. Thanks a lot to the d**ks working there.

If I could give this Wendy’s a 0 for a review I would ! My daughter had some type of flea/ fly looking thing in her chicken nuggets and my son. We had to throw our meals away . So now we’re having to thaw out meat to cook something when our plan was to eat out on a Friday night . Customer service is starting to be very scarce at restaurants now a days it’s getting bad . This is terrible & unacceptable I called the manager and she seemed bothered that I called about it 🤦🏾♀️. 😡
