I hate to post this because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but don’t waste your time at this store. Not only did I have to wait 26 minutes for one coffee, it was made with bad milk. The employee gave me my drink, I looked at it and mentioned that the milk was bad or had split or something, he looks at me and says “yeah…That’s what coconut milk does.” (I come here at least once a week, and an iced latte has never looked this way.) He proceeds to walk around the corner so I couldn’t see him while shaking the drink up.. walks back maybe a minute later and gives me the same cup saying it’s fixed. Didn’t even think to remove the mobile order sticker. Again, don’t waste your time here. I’d say they don’t care about their paying customers, but probably worse, they don’t even care about fulfilling orders correctly.

Thank the Lord they brought the Pumpkin Spice Latte back for the fall. My favorite. Better than Starbucks!! Don't be in a rush. Drive thru always has long line in the mornings. Inside is quicker. Don't seem to understand the difference between a Bavarian Cream and a Bakers Choice sugar filled cream donut. So u may not get the donut u order but the Pumpkin Spice Hot Latte is worth it. Friendly staff Vegetarian options: Donuts, hash browns, standard breakfast choices. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome. Not unusual to see some. Good seating area to hangout for a few or wifi to get some homework done. Parking: Usually plenty of parking

I have tried this place twice and each time was a fail. Today’s visit I ordered a pumpkin themed iced latte and got something totally different. When I asked the employee about it he didn’t know. I indicated what else it had on it including whip cream and drizzle just like the photo on their menu has as well as online. He first stated he can make me a pumpkin cold brew which was not what I was describing. He questioned me so I proceeded to show it to him of the online menu as I’m sitting in the drive-through. Perhaps the manager can teach his staff the menu and what it supposed to be both a charge and what the product is supposed to look like. I don’t have time to tell your staff what should be in the drink that I ordered. I just asked for a refund. Even after the refund, he didn’t give me the receipt so I had to ask for my receipt. He didn’t give me the initial one but I made sure to get the refund receipt. He asked what that was and I had to explain that you get a receipt when you get a refund to prove the refund. SMH. Please train your staff. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but thought I would try the pumpkin themed coffee. Will not make that mistake again. Will stay loyal to Starbucks.

I never have a complaint about Dunkin BUT this location really sucks. They are always out of what I want (go figure), my order has not been right (no exaggeration) not on one occasion the last 5 times I have gone....Lights are on but no ones home kinda situation. The staff is just like "whatever" about everything and the fact that they have no communication skills and lack customer service in every aspect is a huge disappointment. Save yourself the trouble, aggravation and money.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this Dunkin is awful. They never have any menu items in stock and the staff is running this place to the ground. It’s always dirty inside and the food is disgusting and undercooked. Need new management or just shut it down. It’s been bad for a long time.

i used to go here all the time because it’s close but it’s the worst dunkin i’ve ever been too. this time the lady that took my order couldn’t even understand me and didn’t know what rewards are. she made my order wrong and wouldn’t remake it.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on multigrain bagel and after my first bite there was a disgusting long hair on it. I came back, showed them and they made me another one and that was cold, the sausage, the egg. I complained again, they looked at me like I don't care and refunded my money. I asked to talk with the manager, she came over, I explained to her and she did look at my face like "whatever", I am sorry and walked away. Yeah, this is how you get treated here.

Currently writing this review 30 minutes in the drive thru with 4 people ahead of me, another 5 customers in line inside. If you don’t have the staff for the day just shut down. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get a coffee at a place that specializes in fast coffee

I’ve rarely ever been satisfied with this dunkin, but today I was given uncooked bacon on my wraps. I know it’s most likely microwaved bacon anyway, but this looks raw. update :: Went to have it remade and the girl who took them from me was very sweet and apologetic. I think they were trading shifts so she left after she told them to remake it. However, they gave and remade me the wrong food item.

Months ago, I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After I drove away, I started to eat the bagel. Totally burned. Ok. Maybe someone just forgot. I don’t like to be “that person”. So I just shrugged it off. Fast forward to today...I order the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The bread wasn’t just burned, it was straight up charred. Both sides of both pieces. In a nutshell. I won’t be buying anything but donuts from this location. Ever. Or maybe I’ll just choose a different location all together.
