The removal of email verification has made it so chase is repeatedly sending verification codes to an old broken phone and I am unable to access my account until I call customer service during their business hours. It’s crazy that an old broken phone is the only way I can verify my identity myself? Someone else needs to verify my identity with information I’ve already entered into the site (social, card number, etc)10 step verification.

Every single time I come here, 2 of the 3 ATM’s are broken and don’t “accept cash deposits”. This is easily the most poorly run & poorly serviced Chase on Long Island.

Just had a horrible experience with one of the bank teller/ associate. My mother and I went in there to seek assistance with one of the "bilingual" associates and when we asked a question she looked at me and said "aren't you her relative, shouldn't you know?" Well if I did know I wouldn't be there. What a awful attitude to have to a loyal chase representative. Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!

They need to teach their employee that you dont need to have a corporation in order to open a business account as a sole proprietorship since you are using your name.

That is a horrible bank. Only one person at the window you have to wait long time on the line. The parking lot is terrible. This is the most horrible bank in the area.
